Terrible service and really do avoid. I came here for breakfast prior to an event at the Royal Lancaster which is down the street.
They also ran out of English muffins so I asked if they had sourdough. They didn’t, all they could offer was Hovis brown bread. I then said, skip the bread, how about some complimentary orange juice. That was a straight no. She then presented me with the menu again. I suggested some mushrooms to replace the English muffins.
When I made my original order, I asked for eggs with salmon and they served me the eggs with spinach.
Personally there is nothing more terrible than staff that don’t listen.
Very over priced for what I got but more importantly the service was dire. Save your money and time.
Also they don’t even bother to clean the ashtrays on the table so you have ash blowing on you....
