I have always been a regular customer at the costa in kilburn but I have stopped going in there because the service has been so bad. Today I was passing & I thought I would try the white hot chocolate I paid for it to be then told there is no cream. There young lady who was making the drinks had such an attitude. I told said that I would have a latte instead & was then refunded the difference. I was having coffee in the cafe but was not given a soon. When I asked for a spoon I was told there wasn't any. The customer in front of me gave me one of there spoons. I won't be coming back to the Kilburn costa coffee again. The service is as bad as ever the girls can not cope with it being busy. When I asked the staff to call the police they didn't want to as she was a regular customer and they knew she had a habit of attacking people and didn't want to provoke her. Apparently that's the kind of establishment who don't really care to what happens to their customers and have no concept of security.
