DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES OR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENT. THEY CAN EASILY SEND YOU TO HOSPITAL I never leave negative reviews but this was too much. I ordered from this place twice and twice they sent the wrong order.I am vegetarian and I am allergic to dairy, so I normally order the vegan option. The first time I received a vegan capricciosa with salami and ham. I had a new pizza without meat delivered 1 hour and a half later, with burnt crust. The second time was tonight. I ordered a vegan margerita, the simplest order possible, and still they managed to do the order wrong, putting parmesan on it. I called to inform them and to get the correct order sent, and was told they didn't have any way to send my order, and ask me to go and collect it myself. I am going to request a refund, and definitely will not order from this...

My experience with this perticular branch is not so good. Orderd for a medium Pizza with 2 sides from home. Got the Pizza without sides however the delivery person was nice enough to go back for our sides. In between I was trying to call the restaurant and every time one person will pick up the call and without even saying hello will say hold the line please. After few timed I got someone on the phone as I explained him the situation he said there are lots of customer in the restaurant hence the person who picked up the call erliear is busy enough to talk in reply I said we are customers as well. He then apologized and asked do I want the sides now or with my next order. I laughed in my mind by thinking this will be my first and last order and said may I have the sides now. Then got my side...

It is actually an Italian style pizza-delivery in the Isle of Dogs. However, if you want a chance of having a good pizza, go for the obvious well-known Italian classics, the one's that are difficult to mess up. And still they can get you a burnt pizza, with poor quality ingredients (you can taste it straight away, even if you are not a food critic). The staff seems to be all right, on-line system works well enough. Cannot comment on delivery speed.

They seem to always create some new kinds of pizza, but what they should do is keep a relatively small choice of pizzas but deliver the quality that is expected, with fresh ingredients - which is achievable when you limit your menu to...
