I visited Itsu Eastcastle with my partner and we had a great experience. We ordered the Sushi Festival, Salmon Sashimi, Salmon & Avocado Dragon Rolls, and Double Chicken Teriyaki with a poached egg.
Everything was fresh and well prepared. The salmon was notably fresh and flavourful, the rice was fluffy and well seasoned, and the avocado was perfectly ripe, soft and green without being mushy. The portions were generous and everything was nicely presented.

The manager Asia was absolutely rude and patronising. I have never experienced such bad service especially from a so called manager. As I was placing my order she automatically came right behind me to see what I was adding as if I was going to steal. I was looking for more ways to add and instead of being helpful she decided to snatch my food bag and search what I was adding. Bearing in mind this was 10 seconds into my transaction. I am fuming as this is the first time I have ever had this happen to me.
