I got the salmon sushi and the chicken rice bowl with 14 greens. The salmon was lovely and would highly recommend it. As someone who needs to avoid onion and pepper in my diet because of indigestion and inflammation reasons, before buying the chicken rice bowl I asked whether it had onion or pepper, and mentioned I had an allergy to be sure there is none in the dish. The employee was kind enough to go check in the kitchen and ask, and when she returned she told me the ingredients are listed on the box and that there is no onion or pepper. Fantastic I thought, so I bought the dish. The portion was very big and great value for money, and there actually was quite a bit of chicken in it and a lot of mixed veggies. As I started digging in, I found little chunks of red pepper in it which were easily noticeable and I moved them aside, however not only was there onion inside, it also had leeks/spring onions and chives. I found that out when I felt the taste in my mouth. Overall, I would highly recommend itsu for the food and taste, but absolutely stay away from it if you have food intolerance or allergies as the staff is either misinformed (employee) or doesn't care enough to make sure the customer is...

I ate here for the very first time on Thursday, September 8th, 2016. Now, for those who only really enjoy bacon butties or KFC, or whatever, this is not for you. But if you want some fresh tasting food that is not heavy on the stomach, then you have to try Itsu.

I was so pleased with my first meal that I went back before closing time and took advantage of the half-price offer on another meal. I can assure you both meals were very enjoyable, and were a very reasonable price.

There have been a few negative reviews here. I do not think they are justified and I wonder about the motivation behind such reviews. For me, Itsu is a place I want to eat at every time I am in the vicinity of one of their outlets.

My background / palate? I am European. like oriental food and have a Filipino wife. I do not like sweet and salty foods, so I was pleased when I tried Itsu's offerings as they did not assault my palate.

For me, 5 Stars. I cannot fault them. If you stick to the types of meal you think you will enjoy - then give them a go.

Kudos to the staff at the outlet I used at the Piazza outside Euston station. They really are very friendly...

Guys I love sushi and I know this is a chain but have you ever tried out their breakfast ?

I know this sounds kinda crazy but after a night out at wireless and on my train back to mk I thought I’d give it a go.. something different apart from bread.

I ordered a breakfast from Itsu and I tell u this!

IT IS THE MOST AMAZING THING I HAVE EVER TASTED! If you haven’t tried it you should!!

Order the BENEDICT!!

You get two half boiled eggs cooked at perfection and ham, omg! The ham is like pulled pork Chinese style and the benedict sauce had miso soup taste and mixed with brown rice just hit the right spot!

Try something different! Be the unusual and order...

itsu at Euston is convenient for a quick bite, but overall the experience was just average. The shop itself is quite small, with very limited seating, which makes it less comfortable if you’re planning to dine in. Cleanliness could be improved — the hygiene and general upkeep inside felt a bit below the standard I’d expect from a busy chain in such a central location. The sushi tasted fine, fresh enough for a fast-food style option, but nothing particularly memorable or special. If you’re in a rush and need something quick before catching a train, it does the job. But for a more relaxed meal or higher-quality sushi, you might want to explore other options nearby.

I never use to leave reviews as i am a chef myself and can understand that mistakes can't be avoided. But....Had a sushi, triple teryiaki chicken and thai stir fry noodles. Sushi was edible. As for the chicken...ffs!! That chicken has been sitting somewhere in the kitchen for long enough to become transparent and wasn't because of the way it has been cooked. As for the thay stir fry....Don't really know what's stir fried in there as the only veg in the portion were broad beans, peas and a few dices of red pepper which were not cooked at all. Don't know who owns the francise, but whoever manages the place needs a serious review.
