Had the most amazing experience today. I booked the Ten-Trini-Tea Spa day for me and my friend for her birthday. It was absolute amazing. Chelsea at the spa reception was fantastic. She really looked after us and went above and beyond to make the day special and I just want to say a massive thank you to her 🩷. The place was stunning. Facilities were amazing. We very much enjoyed our 4-hour afternoon pass. Starting with the great service at the spa’s reception, then the very nice changing rooms and their facilities (great showers/lockers), it was a great start. The spa itself consists of a pool, some jacuzzi beds, a sauna and steam room and a relaxation “space” (there’s also a gym). The spa is very nice, minimalist and modern, tastefully designed. One complaint though (missing out on 5 stars): the relaxation space/room is…..pretty bad. Just a couple of stools in a weird spot. Should be a closed room with some loungers and...
