KFC Whitechapel - High Street — Restaurant in London

Today (19/06/25) around 16:00 I have ordered a gravy mega box (£5.49) and a large drink (£1.48) through the app. And I paid £6.97 All together. And when I went to collect my food the lady in the till was denied to give me the large drink and she kept saying they only have regular size and she was telling me I ordered the regular size. I told her and I was showing my app that I paid £6.97 and I paid for the large drink still she was arguing with me and kept telling me that I ordered the regular one and they don't take order the large one through the app. and she tried to teaching me how to calculate. She was telling me their regular drink is 99p and the gravy mega box is £5.49 so all together it will be £6.48. I was showing her my app and telling her "listen I know it will be £6.48 but I paid £6.97 so that means I paid for the large drink right????" the she called one of her colleague (one Indian guy) and told him to aort it out. And again the guy also started arguing with me that I have ordered the regular drink. Then again I had so explain him everything and he was also denied to give me the large drink. But later on when I gave him my logic and kept saying that I paid £6 .97 then he got my point and gave me the large drink.

It was really disgusting behaviour that I have ever received from a staff member of KFC. Even they didn’t even apologise for their behaviour. The lady was wearing hijab and she might be a bengali and the guy is Indian (Kerala).

I will suggest everyone to keep away from this branch Their behaviour is so rude and they don't even apologise for...

Absolutely disgusted by their service. To my surprise the cashier "Kamran" didn't even bother to ask what size meal I wanted. Even though I was charged a large meal without my consent, I found a half full medium fries. When asked I was told the large fries is only for those who order through deliveroo. What a joke!!! Called up the helpline to complain & I was told to go to get a refund. Here comes the most disappointing & disturbing event of all. The manager "Sajid" completely denies about the refund. When I showed him the picture of that half full box of fries, I got told off that there is no way it can happen & the fries must have been inside the bag. Customer service at its worst. Never going back to that store until I get an apology from those two good for nothing scumbags. Sadly have to give 1 star to write this review. They deserve no star whatsoever. Worst experience...
