I came to eat in at Nando's Kilburn on the 23rd of September 2021 with a friend. I spoke to a young friendly black gentleman, he asked if we were eating in and I said yes, he then said wait his coming back. When he did come back he said we only doing takeaways from 21:45, I then pulled out my phone and I showed him the time as it was 2142 and said we can eat in. When asked who's the manager he pointed and said she's the one who said 21:45 then when I spoke to the manager she said that we only doing takeaways due to stock availability. I then asked her whats stock availability got to do with eating in? she didn't say anything else but repeat the same thing. I than asked why her her colleague said 2145 only takways and she said she doesnt know why he said that, when in fact he said it while she was 10meters from the till looking at us. I asked for her name and she wrote her name on a piece of receipt paper and said she's one of the managers. Her name appears to be 'Camine' or Carmine' . This was a bad experience and very unprofessional from the manager on shift, no reasonable reason was given and she made her colleague a lier. We than left and went across the road to Woodygrill and got the service that we expected to get from nandoes. Poor customer...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with Nando’s Kilburn when ordering via Deliveroo. Within just two minutes of placing the order, I called the branch to request leg pieces instead of breast for the quarter chicken. The manager initially claimed the order had already been packed, which I highly doubt given how quickly I called. He then changed his explanation and said the order had already been collected, even though the Deliveroo app clearly showed it was still being prepared.
When I tried to ask why I could not just call and specify what I wanted, and questioned how the order could have been collected when he had just told me it was still there seconds earlier, I was told that you can only choose what cut you want when dining in. This seemed strange and made very little sense.
When I called back and politely asked for the manager’s name, without even mentioning that I wanted to raise a complaint, he refused to provide it and hung up on me.
Unhelpful, dismissive and unprofessional. I will not be ordering from this branch again. Nando’s should seriously review how this location is...

Came in to dine with my two kids I made my order at till and he give me two extras that I didn’t order because the young man who was taking my order was unprofessional he was serving me then started to serve another lady without finishing with me ( he got the order wrong). When my food finally came , I started eating the Coleslaw it tasted stale and sour. Both my children say the same thing about it also Then I Complained to a member of staff so they called the manager When she came and I explained the problem to her about the coleslaw, she then told me she can’t give me a new Rice bowl(£9.50), as it’s cost more that the coleslaw (£3.85) bearing in mind I purchased 2 coleslaw. The coleslaw was all over my meal and she didn’t even want to replace the Rice Bowl Salad. My meal was ruined and a waste of my hard earned money She only gave me refund for the 2 coleslaw.
