Miguel, the supervisor on the night made this a terrible Nandos experience. I have ever felt more unwelcome in any restaurant. He is a very rude man.

We had senior executives over for a visit and they wanted to try out Nandos after a day long workshop and it was also close by.

The initial guy we met was told there were 12 of us, but in fact somebody had miscounted and there were 13 all together. This seem to cause a major upset for Miguel as he was rudely telling our party where to sit, which would have left one guy completely on his own, but there were at least 6 sets of tables free. A lady on her own on a table of 4 offered to move to another tabel for 4 that was free Miguel was very rude and I have no idea how he is a supervisor!!

One of our party went up to order the food, but when it came everything was medium spicy even though I and others had either ordered hot or mild. Parts of the order were also missing and when asked again he was very rude in dealing with the issues. We couldn't wait to get out of the place. If I had to give a tip - get rid of Miguel and you may have more business!!

If you are looking for a pleasant evening with good service and food I would suggest you find somewhere else to avoid...

POLICE SHOWED UP BECAUSE A SUPERVISOR TRIED TO ASSAULT A WOMAN AND THE OTHER STAFF WERE USELESS

Refrain from this crazy Nando’s, not only did I witness a girl waitress nearly being assaulted by a male senior staff called Ricardo, it was the girl who was told to go away and the man and other staff simply laughed it off and carried on working?!!

The food was fine but the absolutely heinous staff is really what did it for me and everyone around us. To think this man is allowed to still work there is bizarre especially after trying to physically attack someone, who by the way looked about 4’9 and barely looked 18. Is he going to try and hit customers if we complained about our food? The people next to me even called the police after it occurred because the other staff members literally DID NOTHING. Only after the police showed up after the customers call, did they wipe the smile off their face and pretend to be sorry. And yes, this all happened in front of all the customers, not a great day for a full house. I do hope that poor girl gets an apology and justice. No matter what disagreement you have, no one especially a woman, should feel worried about being physically...

Alright. First Nando's ever. Got the 1/4 chicken Hot with sides of fries and the limited time Portuguese Tomato Salad and a cider, total came to 17 pounds.

First of all, I was not expecting the set up that Nando's has going on, was told to walk downstairs to be seated, then told by the downstairs servers to walk back upstairs until they were ready. Waited about 10 minutes and we were sat. Ordered our food through the QR code on the table and was served within 15 minutes.

The chicken was very nicely cooked, but didn't have much spice to it at all. Love the endless sauces on the side, my favorites were the Extra Extra Hot and the Medium Garlic sauce. Fries were standard, and the tomato salad was just alright. The South African cider I had was the absolute star of the show and has been my favorite cider since touching down in the UK so far.

Overall an experience I needed to have. I probably wouldn't come back but not on a bad experience just due to the plethora of other options. I wouldn't recommend Nando's but also wouldn't not...

Loved the food at nandos as usual lovely to go to! Just that we didn’t know that the nandos was downstairs if there was a sign to tell us lol! But other than that it was wonderful! Thank you 😁
