I arrived late morning and there was no queue to enter the building. Take your bags and coats off to go through security and then take the elevator up to the rooftop deck. There is no time limit so you can stay as long as you choose.

The views look out over the London skyline including The Shard, Tower Bridge, Walkie-Talkie.

Found this hidden gem on Instagram! 15 floors up, free to visit! What a beautiful place. Fantastic planting combinations. I visited luckily on a particularly sunny day in September. With a tranquil water feature which flows around the outskirts of the garden this made the garden for me. Great views of London and great to get up close to the Gherkin and the Sky garden buildings. So glad I discovered this green space amongst the concrete jungle of London. A small stall sells hot and cold drinks enabling you to spend plenty of time in this paradise. A must...
