Then staff are extremely friendly and their knowledge is exceptional. It's extremely cosy and a fantastic place to light up a cigar of your choice and have a smoke either by yourself or a group of friends. A definite must visit for cigar smokers and enthusiasts or even someone starting out as Dante and the team will help you with exactly what suits you!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the venue. I anticipate that when it’s full, it may feel a tad bit cramped, as the sampling lounge is in quite a narrow setting, but the location’s convenience makes it a worthwhile stop. Good place for a business meeting, on a quieter day, perhaps. The staff are super helpful and provide a great customer experience – especially ensuring you have the right cigar for you and that what you are smoking is of good quality!

Giving two stars because the staff were nice but can't give any more because of the outwardly condescending clientele that makes this place so unwelcoming. The trustafarian girl in the linen pants that looks like a dollar store version of Mitra Jouhari made me want to leave immediately as she looked at us then silently looked at the salesman and chuckled but mine and my friends husband really wanted a cigar and were clearly unbothered by the supercilious snob in the corner. She doesn't work there but clearly likes to come in there to oggle at the salesmen and cast condescending glances at paying customers she mistakenly feels like she is superior to. What's absolutely hilarious to me is that someone would act in such a way when the cigars are not even expensive, in fact they are very affordable. It just goes to show that money doesn't actually give you any class. I've got more class having worked my way from a trailer park in the...

I have been here a few times. One of the most friendly and welcoming cigar shops I've ever been to. The staff are extremly welcoming and patient, which is a great feeling. I felt welcome, trusted and most importantly, respected.

They have a vast selection of cigars and their smoke room is small, but cozy. The cigars given to me were thoroughly inspected for quality control by the staff which was lovely. I cannot sing the praises of the staff enough, each time I have been served by someone different. But each time they were extremly knowledgeable and (for a intermediate cigars smoker such as myself, my friend who came in was a beginner) they were not condescending at all.
