A Pleasant Evening at Prezzo: Rigatoni Bolognese and Bruschetta Delights My visit to Prezzo on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025, was a genuinely enjoyable experience. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

A standout element of my visit was the excellent service provided by Antony. He was incredibly polite and attentive, consistently checking in to ensure everything was to my liking without being intrusive. His friendly and helpful demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience.

For my meal, I opted for the Rigatoni Bolognese and PREZZO'S TOMATO BRUSCHETTA. Both dishes were exceptionally fresh and delicious. The bruschetta boasted vibrant, flavorful tomatoes, perfectly complemented by the toasted bread. The Rigatoni Bolognese was equally impressive; the sauce was rich and hearty, and the pasta was cooked to perfection.

Overall, my dining experience at Prezzo was a success. The combination of delicious, fresh food, a clean and well-maintained environment, and the outstanding service provided by Antony made for a very pleasant evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be returning...

We didn't reserve a table (for 3) so we were shown to the table that was actually outside of the boundary of the resturant. We weren't in an argumentative mood, so we accepted the table and pulled it in closer, so we felt like we were in the resturant and not dumped outside the gold line boundry making on the ground. The staff were present , waitress was slighter friendly than the inniskilling waiter/manager, she had limited spoken English but we communicated our menu choice well. We could not however use our Prezzo voucher code becuse 1 if us ordered from main menu and two from Xmas menu, we were disappointed with that. The food was hot, the starters were the best, tasted better than the mains, which lacked in flavour, white bland chicken breast, dry and hard, presentation on the plate quite basic and sloppy. The desserts were very good, chocolate bomb, lovely rich chocolate flavour and the best part of the meal. The facilities, clean and tidy and general areas, clean and no loud music. I, my friend and mine 1 year old where welcomed by a lovely waitress today at 17:15 in a nearly empty restaurant. We ordered a desert with coffee for the 20 min wait until our trains. Soon after we were met by a lady manager, quite stern on her tone, informing us that we could not be served just desert past 17:00 as the place was fully booked!

Let me reiterate this: 15 min past her protocol, on a nearly empty "fully booked" restaurant, without any reserved signs on the tables.

Kindly and embarrassed to expose my friend to this I asked her if that would still be the case if we were just to have a quick desert and coffee before our trains - she was adamant that it was the rule.

I informed her sadly that, with such strict management she cost her company two costumers in a empty place. We felt unwelcome and not understood. Without the human factor we are better off with more empathetic (and cheaper) form of programmed AI supervisor.

One Star today with hopes of improvement some other time I need to wait for...
