To anyone who loves Japanese cuisine and is willing to pay at a mid-range price category restaurant, this place will not disappoint! As someone who is passionate about Japanese food, this restaurant ticked every category for me, from food to service to atmosphere. When ordering food we were given a lovely booklet containing the menu which had pictures of each dish which made selecting easier and also more accessible. The attention to detail and service was professional and simply excellent. We had Bandana as our hostess who was very friendly and quick to resolve any of our queries and we were very pleased with her service. The atmosphere and aesthetics of the place were remarkable and so was the presentation of the food. Each dish we had was rich in umami and smokey flavour, whether it was the Chicken Gyoza, Maki's, the Brocolli side or the Chicken Sticks. The food was incredibly tasty and complex in both flavour and texture! Overall, I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is happy paying slightly more than what you find for most typical Japanese restaurants and is looking for high quality and authentic...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sticks’n’Sushi Battersea Power Station. Upon being seated, my partner and I waited 20 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment from the staff. Despite attempting to get the attention of a nearby waiter, we were completely ignored.

After patiently waiting, I decided to time them for an additional five minutes to see if anyone would at least take our drinks order. When that time passed, I extended it by another minute—still nothing. Meanwhile, I could see three waiters standing by the till, chatting, while we were left waiting without service.

At that point, we had enough. We got up and informed the staff that they had lost our business. For a restaurant that presents itself as a high-end establishment, charging premium prices along with a 12.5% service charge, this level of neglect is completely unacceptable.

Dining at a premium restaurant comes with an expectation of professionalism and attentiveness—this experience was the opposite. I will not be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting...

This was by FAR the best food that has ever graced my palette.

From the moment I walked in I was very kindly tended to by Aastha. She managed to seat me next to a charging point right away as I mentioned my phone was low on battery.

From there, Usman very promptly approached my table with mannerisms that made me feel very at ease and welcome. As though nothing I asked was never going to be too much hassle. He took my order and my food arrived super promptly.

The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I had the Beef Tataki and some Tempura type prawns that were honestly astonishing.

Seraphina help deliver my food to the table and was very personable. Which is something that I have to credit as service with a smile has already made my day 10x better!

If i could give 6 stars or more, I would. I will definitely be heading here again next time I visit.

Thank you for a lovely...

I have previously visited Sticks'n'Sushi Soho and Covent Garden and so, had high expectations, which I'm glad to say were exceeded! We came for lunch as a family of 4, including a toddler and an infant. Our hostess found us a suitable table for our (very large) buggy and our toddler was given his own menu and colouring pencils. The food was exceptional. I was also very impressed with our toddlers' meal from the children's menu, which was not just tasty but also excellent value for money. We ordered one of the set menus and also added the beef tataki, soft shell crab rolls and padron peppers. Everything was fantastic. Our hostess was attentive and friendly, even in the lunchtime rush, nothing was too much for her. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area, well worth a visit!

Absolutely loved my time here and would definitely go again. We ordered a lot of food and spent about £60 each (two of us). Starters: Crab croquettes with wasabi Caesar, Fried Cauliflower served with black truffle goma sauce and the gyozas. All really nice. Mains: 4 different types of sushi (32 pieces) - CRISPY EBI (Tempura shrimp, avocado, spicy sauce & sesame) - NANBAN (Chicken, avocado, kataifi, coriander, soya sesame) - EBI PANKO (Tempura shrimp & spicy sauce, topped with avocado) - NEW YORK SUBWAY (Tempura shrimp, avocado & spicy sauce, topped with salmon & garlic) All were delicious and I can’t pick which was my favourite. Drinks: lychee cocktail which was refreshing and strong in a good way.
