I had the pleasure of visiting this cigar bar, and it was an absolute delight. As a solo traveler, it's important to feel welcome and valued, and this place went above and beyond. The staff was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain different cigars and offered helpful suggestions for pairing them with drinks.

Their warm and friendly service made me feel right at home, and it's evident that they genuinely care about their customers, especially solo travelers like myself. The atmosphere was incredibly inviting, and I had a fantastic time.

Visited The Garden room on 4.01.24 for my partners 29th birthday. We didn't know what to expect as it was our first time experiencing a cigar lounge. Georgiana was so helpful and really kind, she talked us through which cigars she would recommend and was very patient and attentive. We were lucky to have the lounge all to ourselves which was nice as it made the experience very intimate. Each and every member of staff we encountered were so kind, welcoming and they even brought over a dessert for his birthday and gave him a complimentary drink to try and talked us through what it was which he really liked. Absolutely stunning cigar lounge that is outstanding in the way it’s outside but feels like it’s inside.

This is the best most luxurious place to sample and smoke a fine Cigar.

The layout is stunning.

The service is outstanding.

Fabulous choice of well kept cigars and also great whisky’s.

I’ve been several times even in the winter and it never ever felt cold. I think it has underground heating it feels that warm.

It’s not cheap! In fact it’s expensive, but what do you expect in such fine surroundings in a 5 star hotel in central London.

If you enjoy a fine Cigar then you won’t be disappointed in this place, just take plenty of money.
