Halal Shawarma express Plymouth — Restaurant in Plymouth

A few things that I didn’t like and would not consider visiting again. when we ordered our food they didn’t mention that if we want large shawarma it can’t be wrapped it’s only on a plate. So basically we got plate with chicken and french fries and another plate with salad, vegetables and humus, and separately a few nan breads. Basically I was seating there and making our wrap out of the ingenious that they brought. Chicken was dry and not seasoned in our opinion. It could have been better. I’m not excluding that if they had made the wrap it would be much better but I didn’t try and don’t know. And about atmosphere- I had a feeling that we visited wrong place. Although they were very kind and were trying to make us feel satisfied. There was a vibe that I can’t explain which I didn’t like. I'm gutted I'm changing my review I used to like this place. The staff and menu were different so I don't know if there has been new management but something has changed. Some of the prices on the menu were scribbled out and there were no new prices. (I'm sure if I asked the staff would have helped, it just doesn't look very professional) My Lamb Shawarma Wrap had little meat and the salad was soft, it was the worst shawarma wrap I have ever had. BE AWARE of this place and save your money!! We felt taken advantage of during our visit to the takeaway. The staff member initially claimed there was no food available, and when I inquired about another place nearby, he incorrectly said it wasn’t halal.
