The staff are so ignorant and have zero training in allergies! Upon arrival we asked the lady if they cater for allergies as our daughter has a dairy allergy. She said yes. We sat down, asked for the allergy book to double check and there was not a single item on the menu that was suitable. We asked a member of staff if they did a vegan option because of her dairy allergy and the man looked confused and said he’d ask his manager. ALL staff members who handle food - in this case everyone in that store - need to be trained on allergies. Then when we complained that even after asking if they cater for allergies, there was not a single thing we could give our daughter the man laughed at us. Ignorance. Highly recommend avoiding this kaspas if you have an allergy of any sort because they’re probably the sort of people who think an egg is dairy. Don’t know if it’s a franchise or all kaspas but the lack of vegan options is shocking. After the staff member said yes they could cater for her allergy, my 3 year old was so excited she could finally have ice cream as a treat for her birthday. The manager of this kaspas, the most ignorant man I have ever met, laughed as she cried when we told her we had to leave. How am I supposed to explain to a 3 year old that even though she was told she could have it, we then had to leave because it wasn’t suitable. Discriminated against because of an allergy that’s out of her control.

Train your staff because from the gormless look of all if them, I’d guess they haven’t got a brain cell...

We visited Kaspas twice with our family, hoping to enjoy a pleasant dessert experience, but unfortunately, both visits were extremely disappointing due to poor management and an unprofessional environment. While the food was undeniably good, the overall atmosphere was not family-friendly at all. During both visits, we observed multiple customers vaping openly inside the premises—including both boys and girls—which is completely inappropriate for a dessert shop that markets itself as a family place. What’s even more concerning is that the manager, who is supposed to ensure a respectful and controlled environment, ignored the behavior entirely.

The manager himself was untidy, with no attention to grooming or presentation. His beard was unkempt, and he displayed a rude and arrogant attitude when approached. He doesn’t smiles even for once while taking orders. It’s disappointing to see families leaving because of such behavior, and we were one of them. Kaspas seriously needs to reconsider its management and in-house policies if it truly wants to be considered a family-friendly establishment. We had the worst experience despite the food being good—and sadly, we won’t...

Very very over priced . Staff seem clueless what there actually selling . Take mortgage out for abit lunch . Just went here with my partner . we've been coming this desert bar for while . strong supporters this place but actually just had enough this place now with how over pirced it and dishonest staff our. We came for lunch at pasta bar . 2 boxs pasta ( pasta mash ) 2 cheese cakes and 2 drinks £40 ???! I nearly hit the floor !! we then got given pasta boxes with no garlic bread or even told that wasn't doing garlic bread . Got back to car open up boxes off pasta. When for £10 pasta to find box half warm not even pasta , mashed rubbish . Actually being served to people for money . Disgusting and think this was £10!!! I would paid £3 tbh . I quickly returned to the store to get a refund as wasn't even eating quilty . the lady behide till did give me refund for pasta but I feel like she knew pasta was awful and didn't even question refund just said yes that's fine and said sorry and gave me refund but as a business think this poor to take people hard earned money and serve them food which ment to be eatable . and cheeky charge £10 .
