Waited an hour and a half for our mains that never arrived and the communication was incredibly poor

Upsetting as the reviews here were good but we never got to try anything other than the packaged/premade fried starters. We also never got our soups. Been to a lot of Chinese restaurants all over the country and this one was terrible. The food is not as good as some of the reviews suggest. If you have low standards then it's ok but it is expensive.

Delivery orders however seemed to be prioritized and were constantly being sent out whilst our tables and others waited so long.

They were busy with 1 chef but made no mention that the waits would be this long. After 90 minutes our food wasn't even started.

No discount was offered for the massive delays and when I politely asked if a single soft drink could be removed from the bill as an apology I was told "but you drank it" so paid full price for a wasted evening.

Wine was nice though. Won't be coming back. Go somewhere that values...

I do not recommend this place. Four of us went in on a random Wednesday evening. Waited an hour and a half and in that time all we got were our drinks and a single starter plate. We got charged £46 for a bottle of wine, two juices and a starter... No compensation or apology for the wait. When we asked how much longer it would be they said they had another table to serve and then ours was next! We'd already waited too long!

The place had a few tables full when we got there but even a new table of one was in and out before we even got the starter.

I'd gone here because previous reviews seemed very good on quick inspection but they must have been takeaway orders because those were flying out the door as we waited.

The food we did get was all overcooked and not anything I'd call home about either. Not impressed, will not...

This was our first time at dining in at this establishment although a few of us had used their takeaway service on occasions.There was some household clutter around the place but it did not interfere with our table seating 9 of us. We decided to wait and have all the meals delivered at the same time. On arrival, the food was hot and nicely presented. There was a good variety of food ordered, and there were no complaints regarding the cooking. In fact, there were compliments all around. We have decided to frequent on a more regular basis. There was no service charge, but obviously, there was VAT added...
