Edit: nope. Nope nope nope. I’ve had so many decent orders from here but the one I’ve just had was so sub-standard.

There have been order mix-ups before but this one is an unacceptable step too far and I likely won’t be back. The standards have slipped so badly.

One of my pizza slices was missing, my truffle and Parmesan dough balls arrived plain (and very dry), and the bacon on my Caprese salad was inedible - actually disgusting to look at and taste. We received a free tiramisu with the order and it too was disappointing - watery and did not travel well.

I called them to let them know how bad a delivery it was and they tried to blame the driver - lovely. They would never have fit the 5 slices I ordered into the box and there was no reason for the mix-up with dough balls. A small apology was mentioned at the end but that doesn’t help me now - also, take ownership of your mistakes!

I’m so disappointed - this used to be a good place to order from, but the standards have clearly slipped. Be better.

This is my standard pizza takeaway place and it’s the best. I’ve had a couple of order mix-ups but they always put it right.

I’ve ordered from here probably about 25 times and it’s always super good.

The dough balls - my word. Fresh dough, deep fried, the cheese…a must taste.

The pizzas are decent - good amount of toppings, puffy crusts, melty cheese. I actually prefer the smaller slices so it would be good if there were more topping options for these.

The Nutella dough balls…I don’t even have the words.

The chicken options are also good.

The fries aren’t amazing because they don’t travel well, but the pizza is the star...

I will never order from this pizzeria again, I have never seen more disgusting food. After the first bite I spat it out and the whole order ended up in the bin, I didn't even want to give it to wild animals. Unfortunately almost £36 wasted. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Thank you for your prompt response. I understand your position regarding the quality of the food. However, I must respectfully disagree. The ingredients and preparation were below any acceptable standard. It is difficult to accept that the quality was good when the photos clearly speak for themselves. Unfortunately, we live in an era where the truth is often unwelcome, and profit is prioritized. Due to this experience, I will not be placing another order with you, as I am unwilling to waste money on inedible food. STAPLES…SERIOUSLY!!!!

Firstly I’d like to say…when this place opened the pizzas were very decent and I never had a complaint. But the place has definitely went downhill in terms of food quality. I’d regard it these days as average to below average.

Last night I thought I’d give it another go so I ordered two pizzas and two sides/dips. For some reason the staff thought it was appropriate to STAPLE the paper bag the food came in.

My girlfriend opened the bag and we began eating…then I saw a staple on the worktop and asked my girlfriend if she saw the staff staple the bag and she said yes they stapled it twice.

So…we managed to find one staple but could not find the second one. For me it was very off putting and I could not eat the food.

£30 worth of food in the bin and I was on the couch all night because me and the girlfriend were very hungry and fell out. But rather that than ingest a staple!

I have worked in the food industry and I can tell you it is an absolute NO NO to have staples anyway near food preparation areas. If you want to seal a bag you use an EASILY SEEN AND SAFE material.

Please please please…DO NOT use STAPLES to secure your bags under any circumstances.
