Parisella's Cafeteria — Restaurant in Wales

I would like to express how dissapointed i was with the service I received here by a member of staff. I came with my family and ordered some food which we took to enjoy on the outside benches as it was a beautiful sunny day. My food was lacking a little salt to my taste so my mum and I went back inside for some salt. As I found the stand where the salt was a member of staff suddenly rushed up to me and my mum in a very demeaning manner "Can I help you? Can I help you?" Not at all in a nice tone. As I had the salt packets in my hand she was trying to take them out of my hand to which I was shocked and proceeded to move my hand away. I told her the salt was for the food I ordered from "HERE" as I had the impression she thought I was "stealing". I was very offended by her actions as I felt I was specifically being targeted in that way because i wear a hijab. Not only that, but my mum had a container of some leftover food in her hand to which the lady then pointed and said "you're not allowed to eat food from outside on this premises". Which I can understand somewhat, but I felt this was weird behaviour from the staff as their were seating benches outside where people were eating all sorts of food. Again, I felt like my mum and I were specifically targeted due to out appearance. I would have loved to see the lady charge up to a nice white family and try taking the salt packets out of their hand without question or tell them they cant eat their packet of crisps because it wasn't bought from this specific shop. Absolutely disgusting food especially burgers and fish&chips. Stopped there with family while visiting Llandudno. Nice views and convenient location attracted us to stop there and have some food. Worst experience ever, hope the ice creams they seem to be famous of are better than the meals we had. We didn’t however bother trying after bad experience with food. It’s a shame food quality is so bad in such a great location. ( no issues with getting the refund so they seem to know what they are selling, staff did not appear to be surprised when we complained and refunded the money). As we were looking at the ice cream flavours one of the staff barked at us from over at the till area saying we needed to order first. I replied that I was just looking at the flavours and again, she shouted over to us saying you need to order at the till first. She did this a few times whilst ignoring what we were saying.
