Many good reviews here made me try this place out, but it turned out to be my WORSE experience in the past 6 years in Dallas. I usually don't write reviews, but this one really needed.
1- First of all, after purchasing the ticket (from TicketWeb), the site sent me additional questions asking that you have to buy drink and food there. I already knew that I should pay $20+ for that show. I knew that's a trick to sell tickets at lower price and pay some more to the performers, so I didn't care. But it was fair if they had asked this before purchasing the ticket. 2- First impression was the place is so dark. I don't like eating in dark. 3- I was going to take a picture (I usually do whenever I go somewhere new) that the waitress took my phone from the back, and it really scared me. Later she apologized, but I can't remember if I saw their no photo policy anywhere in the ticket or somewhere. I think it was more appropriate if she had just asked me politely. 4- During the show, waitresses were going back and forth to serve food; very annoying and distracting; something that if I know I would never try this place. 5- The show was supposed to be from 9:30 to 10:30. The main comedian came 10:20. I had plans so I stayed a little because the first two comedians were not funny at all. I paid to see someone and spent whole time seeing two others. Really? 6- Food was overpriced, but quality was OK. However, it took them 15 minutes to bring the check, and had %18 extra fees for something that I couldn't read in the darkness. There was some tips extra on top of it and I paid without asking because I just wanted to get out of that place. 7- Before leaving, I asked for water and the waitress said sorry, no water to complete this unbelievable experience.
In addition, took 10 minutes to find a parking (probably not their fault) Heads up first timers; you may pay $60+ and don't get a water. I should gave 1 star, but if possible would give...

I came here with 3 of my friends this last weekend. The only positive thing I have to say is about the actual show. The headliner was very funny and did great. Now the venue: we were completely aware and fine with the fact that there was a 2 item minimum per person. A little after we sat down a waiter came over and asked if we wanted anything and we said not yet as we hadn't looked in the menu. He reminded us of the 2 item minimum and my friend asked if we had to get it right now or is it two items over the course of the evening. The waiter immediately started saying "there are signs all over the place of the minimum, you had to agree when you bought the ticket and if you don't order now before he gets on stage I'll get my manager to ask you to leave." Was a very uncalled for and aggressive response to a simple question when we were not arguing about buying anything.... To add insult, he did not even take our order for the 2nd round and just auto charged the 2nd items to everyone so it made no sense why he made such a big deal in the first place. It was very off putting way to start the evening. THEN I just checked my credit card statement and they charged us $122 instead of the $60 total it came out to! (Which included the auto 18% gratuity they apparently add to everything) I have disputed with my credit card company and will not be returning. Very disappointing...
Read moreI would highly NOT recommend this venue. I have been to many others before in the DFW area and never once had a bad experience or felt ripped off. Usually we go to other places and it is free tickets or $10 for upgraded seats which means you sit in the first 1-2 or maybe 3 tables back at most. At other places if you have 4 people and upgraded seats it comes out to $40 + tax ($10 a person) and then you have a 2 drink/food item minimum.
Tonight we went there and we paid $160+ a $35 fee for these tickets for 4 people that were "upgraded seats" and when we got there we were sat 5 tables back. The fact that the electricity went out is no fault of theirs and has no impact on the 1 start rating. The entire block was out so luckily we were were able to leave and we will be getting our money back so we avoided doing business with this place.
The only reason we still went after knowing it was $160 for 4 people was because we thought we were getting front row and there was no food/drink minimum since they ripped us off so bad on the tickets. When we got there and were seated 5 rows back and then were told we still had a 2 drink/food minimum. We were so happy when the power went out before the show started because it was such a bad value.
If you look at my other reviews I have never gave anyone a bad review like this all of mine are 5 starts with the exceptions of one 3 start. This place is truly a bad value, do not let them...
