On Friday 8/25/2023 we ordered 3 hot coffees , an order of bagel bites and ice cream. We arrived approximately 75 minutes before closing time. Closing time was 2200 hours. All 3 coffees were recieved at room temperature and we didn't receive bagel bites.
Went inside to ask for 3 new hot coffees as the ones we received were at room temperature. The male employee verbally informed us that per Dunkin donuts policy the coffee could not exceed that temperature. We informed him that he was lying. Furthermore we inquired about the bagel bites as was told the oven had already been cleaned. The female DD Employee was overheard talking to the male employee but I had just finished cleaning it. No bagel bites were received.
If you to come to that store around 75 minutes before closing good luck in receiving fresh hot coffee or any products requiring the use of the oven. Totally unprofessional. If DD employees at that store are going to lie to thier customers they should at least come up with better answers\lies when questioned.
Also while waiting for the hot coffee to be remade over heard one of the DD employees informing a family who was finishing up thier ice cream order that the lobby was closing in few minutes. That family were heading to the patio and were informed by a DD employee that the patio was already closed as it had been cleaned. It should be noted that the DD store was open for another 55 minutes. The family appeared to be out of state. Way to go DD in your treatment of your paying customers.
That crew had very little interest in customer service as closing time approached.

Read moreBella, apparently the manager, was rude from the start trying to hurry me along when ordering. There was no one behind us at any point while ordering. After pulling up to the window someone must have pulled to the ordering box at that point, but had yet to pull behind me at the window. She rudely stated I could not add a milk because there were other customers and simply walked away. I did not receive the bagel or the 2 cream cheeses I paid for. When trying to call the store to let them know, because it's snowing currently and I'm not driving back, no one will answer the phone. I've tried 3 times. Bella might be the reason I never return. So there will be others who will feel this way also. She should be reconsidered for this management position or any position dealing with customers at all. She was the most passive aggressive and rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. Her facial expressions were so "ugly" as in mean and rude, that I could feel the eye rolls as she turned her back to me. Her voice was so cold and annoyed, she couldn't hide it from her demeanor. She was awful. So. I would like to see her no longer there the next time I am, and I hope that that is assessed for your own stake as a business. No one needs to speak to a manager that acts like a 16 year old kid who has never worked a day...
Read moreThe ladies who took my order were great, but the younger blonde girl who made my food was extremely rude. I ordered 5 items, and at first she only gave me 2. The lady who took my order reminded her the rest of my order, so she got all sassy and started to make it while huffing and puffing. But she still left out the 5th item and I told her the last thing was still missing which she made very clear she didn't think was her problem. When she finally got everything to me, I told her "thank you, I'm so sorry," which I don't know why I apologized because I didn't do anything. But I guess I felt like it would maybe make her somehow feel better. But instead she waved her hands at me for me to leave and gave me a really dirty look. I've never actually had someone wave me out of a restaurant like that. It literally seemed like it was out of a movie. So weird. It wasn't like a "hello/goodbye" wave. It was one of those hand flick "you're disgusting, get out of here" waves. I filled out the survey on my receipt before I got my order because the nice ladies who took my order asked if I'd fill it out. I wish I would've waited until I got everything to do the survey because I definitely would've changed my answers based on that...
