Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Alamogordo

If Google offered negative stars, it would be -10. This is the absolute worst Popeye's in the world. Actually one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. I ordered food at 7pm and at 730pm I asked for my money back to go somewhere else. The girl taking orders at the register was the one putting orders together. She kept rubbing her face and then going to put orders together without washing her hands. She had 4 tickets in front of my ticket and 5 or so behind me. We all waited at least 25 to 30 minutes for our FAST FOOD. A few people offered to help her and she told them she got it. No she did not have it at all. I went up after waiting 25 minutes for my food and asked how much longer. She said, "For what?" I said, "My food." She said the chicken. I said, "That is what I came to eat here so yes the chicken. Duh.... So they had to cook more chicken and I had to wait longer. When she put two pieces of old chicken in a box for me and then was to wait for the others to cook, I wanted my money back. What an awful non caring place. I am from Louisiana and have had Popeye's all my life. Not anymore. It now sucks. And they are all fancy with the boxes and logos and new look. Fix the customer service because looks are so deceiving. Have you heard of Lipstick on a pig. Well this is it. I will tell everyone of my experience here. And you have lost a customer for life. Oh and I went to Kentucky Fried Chicken and it was excellent and I got my order in 3-4 minutes after ordering at a FAST...

It absolutely breaks my heart to leave a review like this. I am all about spreading positivity or excusing that maybe somebody's had a bad day. But when someone is just out right rude and unkind, I have to put it out there in the hopes that they will improve or move on to some other job that works better for them.The woman who took our order in the drive through was so unkind and so rude I said thank you to her 3 times before she even acknowledged me. I could barely understand her as she spoke so fast as she was trying to get us through the line asap, I guess. We waited 5 minutes at the speaker. But I was still willing to give grace. Then she was just so rude. She muttered in a mean tone, 'Have good night', as we drove away. I at least got that. BUT.. this in No Way reflects on the other employees who are wonderful! They're always kind when we go to this location. She is the only one that I've ever encountered there that is unkind. Highly recommend if she changes her attitude. The food and cleanliness were 5 stars. She's blonde, tall, and has cool tattoos. That's the only nice thing I can...

I went to popeyes in Alamogordo to buy 4 spices chicken sandwiches. I pulled up to the speaker at 1:17 places my order, and proceeded to the window. Went I got to the widow I gave the lady my card and asked for my senior discount at which she applied. She then ask to pull up and park that it would a few minutes, I pull up and parked. The two vehicle a head off me got their order which was reasonable. After a bit two more cars got there food at the window. To shorten the story I got my food at 2:00 pm some 43mln wait and very nasty lady bring my food to the vehicle holding in the air as to beg for it dodgy. Her name calling I got on the road for home. I don't know why she was hazaring me. They clam it was take awhile to cook and I had to wait. They gave me some figure. I know that chicken patty take 4 mln at 350 degrees to deep fry, and 5 minutes at 450 degrees SOME ONE WAS STALLING ON ME FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON. I HAVE A FEELING I KNOW BUT THAT WOULD BE BETWEEN ME AND THE BOSS. I have never been treated like that any were else in this...
