Yeah we had a gift card given to us from brother in law from lower 48. We were quickly reminded why we don’t eat at Dairy Queen. We went inside A FAMILY OF 5 MIND YOU!! Ordered food…45 minutes later they asked us, “did you eat yet?”They forgot all about us!! I do not exaggerate with my story. We were teaching our kids grace and being patient with people at a typical, good help is hard to find, fast food joint. This was certainly the place to it. It shows by who is running the place. They were very sorry but extremely incompetent. I have had similar extreme experiences in this particular drive through…..we were eating free anyways but DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and skip this one. Food was decent once they made it, but it was pushing the hour…. I don’t appreciate this, but I never was rude to the employees. There would be no gratification to my life with it. I believe they won’t change because I watched them do more nonsense while I was there. The teaching opportunity for our kids was grace with people and what not to do. = Don’t eat fast food at Dairy Queen and learn to work hard.

1. They keep the bathroom locked but it's not easy to find someone to unlock it.. 3 soap dispensers in there and none of them have soap. Makes it hard for employees to wash up! - Now for the food. Really glad they had the Brownie Blizzard back. It's my favorite! And I opted to get cheese curds instead of their fries.. costs more but worth it! They came hot and fresh! Crispy and chewy. The burger was kind of a mess, mostly because the burger came hot & fresh with lots of fresh toppings.but the bun was just too small to handle it... . romaine, fresh onions, pickles and tomato.. but too much mayo. It squeezed out of my burger like it was coming out of a ketchup packet or something. DQ - you could probably save hundreds of dollars a year, put less mayo on the burgers and legit no one would ever notice. You hear horror stories about how expensive eating out is.. I got a 1/2 lb bacon burger with the cheese curds and the Blizzard for $16. Not bad all in all.

I gave it two stars because the cashier girl was so polite and helpful. she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off because the place was packed and she was the only cashier and there was one manager running around assisting her making sure everybody got their orders. But it was still a mess we waited 20 minutes for a blizzard and an orange Julius nothing else and it took that long only to have messed up both desserts. I ordered an Oreo blizzard but got a mint Oreo blizzard which I didn’t want an orange Julius was so liquidy it was gross I understood that it was busy and I’ve worked in shops where you never get a second to slow down to just stop doing and going fast fast fast hurry up hurry up but when I was rushing I still made sure the quality was there behind what I was making, these kids just didnt give a damn.

I went there yesterday at 9:40 PM to order and there was a young man sitting behind a car on an orange crate Who told me that they were not excepting any more orders for the night because they needed to get home and they wanted to be able to leave at 10 PM. I understand that people want to get home and get off work as quick as possible but if your store says it’s open till 10 o’clock then that means that your doors don’t close until 10 PM. At least that’s what it is that every other store\fast food place in town except for this one. And it wouldn’t irritate me so much, Except that this is the third time this is happened over the last month. The first time I got there at 9:25 PM, but there was a long line and by the time I got up to the ordering menu it was 9:50 PM & I was told that they weren’t taking any more orders even though I had been waiting in line for 25 minutes already. I explained to them that I had been in line for as long as I had and they basically just told me too bad so sad they weren’t taking any orders anymore. There were at least 5 cars behind me that had been there almost as long as I had that were turned away as well. The second time I did show up at 9:55 PM which was pushing it a little so that time didn’t bother me as much when they said no, but with this being the third time now, it’s just beyond ridiculous. It’s just not the proper way to conduct business(at least not in my opinion)not to mention that the first 2 times, the girl that I spoke to was extremely rude to me. This last time however, the young man outside was at...

Is zero stars ever an option? Thought we would go inside and avoid the wait in the drive-thru. Um, no. Waited 40 mins for 2 blizzards .Got one at about the 30 min mark, it was not a full cup and didn’t taste as good as ones we have had in the past. After 40 mins. requested a refund of the other. As the refund was being processed, which happened right away, the other blizzard magically appeared. The worker asked if we still wanted it and the manager processing the refund said no. The other patrons inside had also been waiting long enough that when something came up on the “ready “ counter, would come up to ask if it was theirs. Sometimes several times. Also, the inside was really dirty, like hadn’t been cleaned properly in many years. It just felt gross. After we came home we looked at the reviews for this location. Sooooo many complaints about wait times. Maybe there should be a limit if the location has an ongoing wait time issue. Like 15-20 mins seems reasonable if it’s busy. After that ask for a refund. If enough people do this maybe the location would get the message and not just reply with a robo response for a bad review on the internet. As for us, we won’t be back to this location. Not just because of the wait time, it was really dirty and greasy. Not just in the kitchen, which is open to see, but where people were sitting and getting condiments. Clean up your act,...

The drive thru at Dairy Queen around 12:00-2:30pm is insane. So if you have lunch around this time your average wait time in the drive through would be probably 10-15 sometimes 20 minutes. It’s definitely slower than McDonald’s by a ton. But this is just a heads up. I’m here a lot during that time because it’s usually when I take my lunch breaks from work.

I love the food here and the staff here are great. I’ve never been the picky person. So if you are someone who expects the world around you to be perfect or get whatever you want the second you want it from the from the employee- don’t come here. And if you come here regardless of the fact and are rude don’t expect the employee to be happy to serve you. I’ve seen too many rude and idiotic people come through the drive through. Be patient or leave. It’s easy. The human being behind the counter makes mistakes too sometimes. If they do make a mistake you can politely tell them about it.

Every time I have came to the drive through and they have forgotten a drink or what have you- once I bring it up to them they are apologetic and fix it for me...
