Unfortunately our visit here was not so great. No one greeted us...while waiting to get seated, 4 employees made eye contact but continued to stand around talking and giggling then proceed to turn away as if they didn't see us. We were then finally seated. The whole ordering process was well up until it took them about 20 minutes to get our food out to us. Mind you they weren't even busy. Finally received our food. My whole turkey sandwich was cold. It's supposed to be a hot meal... instead I received the entire sandwich cold. Presentation was not appetizing. Looked like they just threw everything together. Cheese was not melted... 2 thin slice of avocado on one side and the other was almost half a whole of a avocado. Chicken was cold. The only thing warm on my plate was the fries. Ordered a breakfast combo for my toddler, the eggs were cold, the sausage were semi warm, the waffle was cold and the bacon was burnt. Not only was the food terrible... management wasn't so great either. As a manager running the business you shouldn't discipline your employees loud and clear for your customers to hear. It is so unprofessional. On top of that digging through the trash and pulling out cups and drinks in front customers to see, just to prove a point of " wasting" to your employees is absolutely disgusting. Plus the amount of dust that was just dangling from the ceiling was gross. Was our first and last time coming to this place. Thanks to our waitress who we unfortunately forgot her name.. (she's a brunette with black glasses and very sweet ) was the only person I saw running back and forth taking care of all customers. She should get acknowledgment and a raise if she's going to be doing everyone else's job for them. There's so much more to say about the service of this place but this is the general idea of how our visit went. Please work on everything. You guys got a...
Read moreI guess there's a reason it's been years since I last visited this place. We went to grab breakfast before stopping by Lowe's. It was Saturday late morning, and they were busy as expected. We waited just about three or four minutes for a table and were seated and given our menus.
That was the last time we had any interaction with an employee. We had active tables surrounding us with multiple waitstaff servicing them. In particular, one waiter stopped by multiple times at three of the tables surrounding us, yet never acknowledged us, offered coffee or water. The same for a waitress serving the fourth table next to us. After sitting at the table for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement, we decided to leave and try another place for breakfast. Not surprisingly, there weren't even any "thank you for stopping by" from anyone working the hostess table on our way out.
Seriously, spend the 2-3 minutes and drive to any of the other amazing and local breakfast places that are close by. You'll get better service and, believe it or not, you'll save some money too. The well known local place that's a few blocks away was $2-$3 cheaper per meal than IHOP. I'm not sure what IHOP is doing with the pricing nowadays but you are not getting what you pay...
Read moreFood is usually on point whenever i go there was this one server i didnt get his name but i wish i did cause hes the guy id request to serve me. He had a lot of e energy and was welcoming and took care of me and my partner right away while we were waiting on who was going to end up serving us. The server that took over was fine and accommodating with questions and requests but its the difference between good and awesome yk? Hence why i wanted the other guy so bad but unfortunately he was heading home. Overall i think the staff might just need to relax a tad but 2 of them are really cool the guy i mentioned and this woman who i also cant remember her name she was really cool too and id request her section as well both were really awesome but unavailable at the times i came so it just sucks. All in all good location just some of the other staff gotta relax take a breather and just have fun with the job if making people happy and enjoy their time isnt something you yourself like doing then maybe the food service industry just...
