McDonald's — Restaurant in Alaska

Went there on a Sunday through their drive through to get something quick to eat. The girl took my order and told me to pull up to the next window to pay. Pretty bad customer service as she misheard my order and I could hear her sighing as I corrected her on it; but I figured she was tired as they seemed busy at the time.

Go up to pay, she takes my card and asks if I would like my receipt. I declined and pulled up to get my food. The person at the next window tells me, after I had been waiting there for a few minutes, that the girl operating the POS got my order confused for another customers. She charged me $1 for coffee when I had order $12 worth of food. They ask for my card again and this time charge me $11, discounting my meal for the previous charge. The guy at the window appears again and this time he hands me my food. Only now the order is wrong; he apologizes and takes the food back in through the window. The girl who took the order again had input it incorrectly into the POS the second time and refuses to change the order to what we had originally made and hands us the food back and tells us we would need to pay the difference to make the meal what I should have been. At this point I am starting to run late so I decline the up-charge and leave the store.

Anyway, they are SEVERELY undertrained at this location as their employees have no clue how to operate the store or take acknowledgement for their mistakes. There are several McDonalds close by to this one; so if you can avoid it I suggest you should.

I came to this place a couple times since I've been in Anchorage (usually cook my own breakfast, but on travel.) And this was the second time this week that I ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg.

The first time I ordered this was on Wednesday this week, and the egg was not cooked throughly at all. So I threw it away and went about the day.

Well, I went back and ordered the same thing today, Friday -- which today's egg was cooked a bit more, but not by much. And I ate a bit more of it, but still threw it away. (Waste of money)

So today, I decided to call the store, and the manager asked if I had my receipt (that's not the point of any of this...) and I say,"No. I'm just asking if you can cook the eggs more." Her reply, "We never get any complaints about our eggs." I just said, "I'm asking for you to please cook the eggs more." Her reply was, "Yeah, okay." (Mind you, her tone was pretty dismissive)

Now I could go on and on about her response like, just because no one hasn't let y'all know yet doesn't mean it isn't happening.

It's also not about getting anything free or replaced. It's about cooking the eggs more. Why can't people just hear the...

This is the worst location McDonalds I’ve ever been to, the big black manager that was wearing a red button up was very disrespectful I was waiting in the lobby for a friend that was running late and we were catching up for lunch and I didn’t want to sit in my car, the manager came up to me and stated if I don’t buy anything right now I have to leave which was in a very rude manner, I politely let him know I was waiting on a friend which he looked as If he didn’t believe me and proceeded to say “10mins and you’re out” very disrespectfully again which I replied it’s not that deep I will leave now and I left. No other people in the store were treated as such there were also non customers using the restrooms and also sitting down, I attempted to call the McDonald’s 4 times which once the manager was on the line they hung up before I can speak all I wanted was the name of the man so I can file a complaint. Word of advice to the manager you could’ve just politely asked me but the very rude tone was right off the bat which is disappointing as a black man...
