Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Called in an order for a breakfast burrito with green Chile on the side as I'm pregnant and the Chile will give me really bad heartburn and make me sick but my husband likes to dip his burrito in the extra Chile. The Chile was on the burrito and I was unable to eat it at all because I get very sick if something is spicy at this point in my pregnancy and I had been craving a burrito from them too very disappointed. They had just stopped doing breakfast and refused to fix the food and when I called and placed the order I also requested no ice in the drinks and extra bacon in the side. The bacon wasn't added and there was ice in the drinks. I hadn't ordered from lotaburger in over a year due to a previous bad experience and this has just reminded me not to order from they again. Depressing but looks like I'll be eating cereal as I don't wanna puke due to the error they made on our order. The only thing they got right was my husband's burrito everything else...

It took 1 hour to receive my food. Sorry I should have been more clear. I ordered my food online 20 minutes before I was to get off work. I arrived at the store and the "supervisor" was not handing out receipts so after letting him know I was on site for a online order he said it was almost ready. 40 min later he said they may have given my order away since they are calling out numbers and noone has their numbers. Then they complete half my order and forget the rest of my order. After waiting for a hour for my full prder I get home to a single patty, no green chilli burger in place of my new mexican, and burnt chicken inside of a chicken sandwich ordered for someone else. So unfortunately I can't recommend the blakes near moon they lack leadership in the kitchen. Go east a few blocks to the other blakes, they haven't...

04/06/2017 First time visiting this location during lunch and the impression I got was "service needs alot of improvement at this location". 5 to 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge you and take your order another 25 minutes for the order to be ready.

Burgers are ok but my fries were a joke barely fried also they seemed to have run out of several soda flavors and the few remaining had a weird flavor just about to also run out.

The person who seemed to be the manager was more interested in talking to a friend of hers the remaining two employees at the front were no better.

There are plenty of restaurants in this general location to choose from. The problem with first impressions is that you only get...
