For most part, in general no issues except... upon observation while inside waiting for order you have female mexican nationality, working hard no doubt , but not understanding the orders , questioning other female that was just saying "yes" just to respond and not actually looking . That person was opposite side?? How can see to respond, plus the person saying yes was totally doing something differant looking down. Almost looked like if was on cell phone. Orders were wrong, I was watching lady rushing, with little bit of struggle put together burgers and looking at me at same time noticing that I noticed. Not that big of deal, was beginning of lunch rush and knew just by conversation she was adding and not adding what actual order was. Order being 1 mustard whopper, 1 mayo whopper add green chile both burgers. Need to learn read understand english to get orders . In general mistakes always its nature, busy hours..adds to mistake ..no problem not perfect but when have person asking help em out! With that note ..front cashier person think saw name tag Addo or EDDO NOW THAT PERSON IS BASICALLY ONE MAN SHOW! HE WORKED REGISTER, TOOK ORDERS ,DRIVE THRU, PACKED UP FOOD AND DRINKS, ICE CREAM SUNDAES, HELPED ANYSIDE REQUEST ,WATCHED FRONT DOOR, MADE SURE NO ONE SAT IN DINING AREA AND IF DID WAS ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY! Read moreI'm not a huge Burger King fan, but every once in a while a flame-broiled burger with cheese hits the spot; just not at this location.
The parking lot here is sketchy and you'll want to keep an eye on your vehicle, if you choose to dine in. They seldom have any shakes as they seem to be "sold out" more often than not.
If you go through the drive-thru, you'll need to double-check your order as it will often be missing something, or in at least one example receive the wrong order entirely.
Dining in is a whole different undertaking: the location is routinely overwhelmed with homeless folks who are camped out int he dining room and can be quite aggressive with panhandling and general harassment.
Normally, homeless folks don't bother me at all, but at this particular location, you can expect to be bothered.
Because of the aggressive nature of this particular group, the staff is not assertive about cleaning the dining room (if I worked there, I'd be concerned for my safety and not venture out into the dining room either)...So the place will often have unbussed tables, condiments dried to tables etc. You'll also deal with the stench of a few shopping carts worth of backpacks, bedrolls, and personal belongings of the primary clientele that this location seems to attract.
Do yourself a favor, if you must eat a Burger King, find a different location on the city, or rethink your culinary...

Gal comes out to take my order (finally). She is scowling and could care less about being polite. Very rude. I sit and sit and sit, while two or three people inside get their food they ordered AFTER I had ordered. Meanwhile, cars go in and out at the drive in, and one smart person came in to pick up an order he did online. Even he had to call out to the kitchen to get someone to help him. There are only 3 other customers in the store! One has his head down sleeping on a table (or he's dead, it's Abq). I have to go to the counter twice to see what is going on. May as well have been talking to the cat.
Finally the mgr shows up out of nowhere and gets my food. It's cold! I told her I would never come there again, and serving all these people ahead of me was &%@!!! BS. She's one of the main reason why the business is so horrible. I saw at least 4 people working there, 5 counting the appearing/disappearing mgr. They're not understaffed , it's 10:30 on a Sunday morning!!! Replace them all w/ a rob0t. Please. It will be 1000 times better...
