I first got to try Crumbl in Lubbock, TX. We went up there for Raising Cane's but stayed for the cookies at Crumbl. That week they were tasting pumpkin, confetti, double chocolate, and a mint cookie in addition to the classic sugar and chocolate chip. I got a four-pack of the pumpkin, confetti, double chocolate, and sugar cookie and regretted not getting more. The cookies are huge, thick, soft, and melt in your mouth. I'm a sugar cookie kind of girl, so in that box, the sugar and confetti were my favorite. However, I was impressed with the pumpkin cookie, it tasted like the perfect pumpkin cake, had no artificial pumpkin flavor, and the cream cheese frosting was excellent. I also enjoyed the double chocolate, super-rich. Fast forward about a week. I see on Facebook that Crumbl is opening a store in my neck of the woods. I'm beyond excited!! This week, about a month after the opening, I finally got over there because they are tasting my most favorite cookie of all time, Snickerdoodle! Oh boy!! They make a mean snickerdoodle. It was crunchy around the edges, soft, almost gooey inside, and had the perfect covering of cinnamon sugar. I don't have a picture of it cause I ate it too fast. The store is cute and clean, and the staff is friendly. You can order on the tablets inside the store, or from the friendly associate behind the counter, or through the mobile app. Moments after you order, they are calling your name and showing you the delicious cookies before closing the box and handing it to you. If you haven't been to Crumbl, I would highly recommend you check them out. They make excellent presents or special treats.

**RECOMMEND with CAUTION** 1/18/23: Woah...These cookies are BIG and warm! If there is a mini option available go for it. I didn't notice that on the menu but it may exist. The menu changes weekly and 6 gourmet flavors are always ready to enjoy. Extremely clean store! My customer service experience was with the self ordering menu. Only human interaction was letting someone know I was doing a Crumbl Cookie review and getting the cookie after it was boxed for me to eat WARNING: Regarding the LARGE individual cookie DO NOT come here if you are diabetic, have sodium or cholesterol issues. 1/4 of a cookie is between 480 -560 calories. Sodium is 100 - 280 milligrams per 1/4 of that cookie. Cholesterol? 85 to 150mg per 1/4 of your treat depending on which cookie you get. Was supposed to be my 1 "Cheat day sweet treat" after the end of my week's intense workout sessions. I'll be honest and write that I did not finish the oversized Milk Chocolate Chip cookie; even after cutting it into about 10 small pieces. Took me 3 days to attempt to eat it. First of all, too big and sweet for me to finish. I could only think of being in a sugar or carb coma! After adding up the calories, then seeing how much sodium and cholesterol was in 1 cookie I just couldn't waste the hard work I've been putting in. Perhaps you may find comfort eating 1 of the large Crumbl cookies. I tried and was unsuccessful. Still give Crumbl Cookies a try! Best of luck to you

These are completely tasteless cookies. If you taste anything, it is the flour or the burnt flavor or undercooked. We were excited about the grand opening of this place. But we will not return.. We ended up purchasing 12 cookies. Of all of these cookies, we ended up purchasing 2 of each of the cookies of the day. Every cookie except the peanut butter chocolate was undercooked and doughy.. The peanut butter chocolate was completely burnt that you tasted in the flavor it was awful. The unfortunate thing about this is that this entire box's going in the garbage, and nobody is going to eat it. I spent $43 plus a tip on this. And I really should take it back to the store. But I highly doubt It would change the recipe of these cookies.. All of the employees seemed pretty miserable, and please, If you're going to try this place, just order one cookie and you will see what I mean. Do not go out of your way to order multiple cookies cause you will be disappointed. .see via pictures cookies =trash can.

I’ve been going frequently ever since they have opened. The past few visits the friendliness has gone down hill. They always use to greet anyone who walked in, asked if your cookies looked okay and were always super nice. When I went in today, the employees seemed miserable. No one said hi or welcome. No one was smiling. The guy who gave me my cookies showed me them and I said thank you and he just responded, “yup” pushed the box towards me and walked away. Not sure what is going on in this place but I probably won’t return for a bit. Plus, they didn’t put the crumb topping on my apple cookie today. That’s not a big deal but I miss the service that was provided in the past…

9/30/2022, I am updating my review to zero stars (if I could) due to my experience today. The customer service has not improved. It is absolutely horrendous. I have already reached out on the website. I place an online order for pickup. I tapped the "I'm Here" button as I walked in. I waited for awhile and after everyone else left that was in there before I got there, I checked my phone and it said that I had picked up my cookies. So I figured they would call my name shortly. Another wave of people came in for pickups and ordering in store and they all got their cookies and left. I checked my phone again and it put me back in line but never moved from #4. So after waiting for 30 minutes and not a single employee asking me what I was waiting for, I canceled my order on the app and left. At one point, I even approached the pick up counter and no one acknowledged me. Yes, I could have flagged down an employee to ask about my order, I didn't want to make a scene. But when they look so unfriendly, it's honestly not worth it. When this store first opened the customer service was great. It has gone down hill since then and has not improved. No one says hi when you walk in, no one has a smile and everyone looks miserable! I'm not mad about the wait, I am mad that not a single employee cared enough to notice that I was waiting for a long time. Maybe they did notice and just didn't care at all. Maybe it was an app issue? Even then, there is no proactive customer service here. I wasted 30 minutes waiting and almost an hour of drive time. Completely unacceptable. I stopped giving tips due to the customer service but now I don't really want to go back after this. I also included some employee specific feedback in my message on the website as I did not want to call out employees on Google. Please, please, please for the love of God, teach these employees some...
