Panda Express — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Not good at all. Ordered a Panda Bowl. When I got home and opened it,the bowl was only half full. Very disappointed. Not worth the $8. Would not recommend this particular location. Tried it again today (JUNE 3RD 2020) Still horrible. Ordered a Panda Bowl with teriyaki chicken and chow mein. Chow mein was good,but the teriyaki chicken was terrible. Skin was not removed from the chicken. Every piece I had to check and remove all the skin from it. That should have been done before even cooking it. Chef should be fired for that. Also,I had gone a week earlier to get food for my daughter. Sign says it opens at 11 A.M. Arrived at 11:10 at the drive thru. Automated voice said it was closed and to come back during regular business hours. Did not open on time. I waited until 11:20 and finally it was opened. This location is a disaster! Poor food quality and doesn't open on time. I hope a manager reads this review and either fires some people or makes some drastic changes because this location is being run into the ground. Or maybe new management needs to be brought in to fix this mess. Tried to eat there one last time (June 10, 2020) Ordered a Panda Bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. The rice was not cooked enough so it was hard and crunchy. The orange chicken glaze was way too sweet. Ended up only eating a little of it and throwing the rest away. The portion of rice to chicken was terrible. Mostly rice and maybe 5-6 pieces of chicken. Plus the bowl was only filled about halfway! I will not be eating here any more. There is another Panda Express a few miles further,but the food quality is 1000% better. Will gladly drive out of my way to another Panda. This particular location is HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AT COORS AND LA ORILLA. Go to the much better location at Coors and I-40. Again,hopefully management reads my review and makes some badly needed over...

I was there June 5th and I ordered a bowl of the "firecracker" chicken with 1/2 lowmein and 1/2 fried rice. And a plate of "firecracker" chicken and teriyaki chicken with fried rice.

I waited in line for 65 minutes. During this time I was told to pull up and wait in a parking spot. I was greeted by staff twice, to tell me "your food will be out soon". The second time he at least offered to grab me a drink or something for free. I inquired for a powerade and some crab rangoons. He brought me the blue powerade, AND the crab rangoons. To just sit there and wait in my car with still no food. By the time of that interaction I was already waiting for 40+ minutes. So I waited another 25 minutes before going back through the line to just cancel my order, and ask for a refund. The man at the window only took my receipt not my debit card. Came back after another few minutes and told me "the refund should just go on there in a few days" and I asked "you don't need my debit card to run or anything?" And he said "nope".

Here's why I'm writing my review. You did NOT refund me. You have stolen $19.48 from me. It may not sound like a lot, but for someone who isn't a multi million dollar corporation it's a big deal. I never received my refund. I moved to Colorado on June 11th. I have been busy with my move/new job and have not noticed this neglegence until now. I will be calling my bank and disputing...

What a wonderful experience at the Panda Express Coors & La Orilla in Albuquerque! After patronizing more than 6 different locations, I can say with certainty that this is, by far, the best, cleanest, and most welcoming restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and my takeout order was ready ahead of schedule.I had the pleasure of chatting with the charming manager, Kimberly, about an issue with the Panda Express app that was preventing me from redeeming my Apple Pie roll reward. She scanned my rewards code, reviewed my account, and confirmed that the reward should have been available. Kimberly promptly resolved the issue and handed me a freshly prepared cinnamon-covered egg roll filled with apple pie compote, like an apple pie churro, but just the right size!As I left, I was thanked for visiting the restaurant, and I can't help but mention how spotless both the restaurant and the parking lot were.
