Unlike Chris my experience with Ms. Black was extremely different. I had been coming to this McDs every morning for over a month and getting a LG coffee(for all of McDs shortcomings their coffee has always been solid) now i operate on a very fixed budget so forgive me but 1$ dollar means something to me unlike many people. I order my coffee from Ms. Black put down my $1.07 on the counter she then informs me that the price is no longer 1$ which kinda catches me off guard because it's still very clearly on their dollar menu which I point out to her. She then says "I don't care what it says the price aint no dollar". So, I asked her of she was not obligated to charge what they advertise here in the store, I asked if a Big Mac was now going to be 19.95 because she was having a bad day?? I guess she didn't like that too much but she asked what i would like i told her I wanted her to charge what their sign says but since that was far too much to ask I would take a small coffee. I told her that her attitude was absolutely pathetic and i would take it up with the owner to which she said she was the owner and i just said I'm sure that the cooperate McDs wouldn't approve of her attitude and she would be giving me a apologize for her attitude to which she mumbled somethimg I couldn't quite make out but I think there was at least one 4 letter word in there. That was the day before thanksgiving and if anyone wants to know yes I took a pic but the price was changed a couple days after thanksgiving. If Ms Black is in fact the owner the McDs need to really improve their vetting process because this lady is hardly fit to sweep a empty parking lot in the middle of a desert. Other than that pathetic example of a human being the rest of the staff is quite pleasant and it's exactly what you expect a...
Read moreThere is one factor that caused me to give this McDonald's three stars (despite having great fast food choices), and this factor (I'm pretty sure) is becoming ever more common with many, many McDonald's restaurants. The reason is when McDonald's give you your food and when you're on your way home, you notice that in one of the bags, it's missing something that your clearly and obviously ordered (and you know it because you check your receipt and check your bag(s) to make sure you have everything that's in your receipt, and this is what drove me infuriated at the workers at this McDonald's at this today's date (05/06/17). Sure, this isn't the first time that's happened to me and I'm sure it isn't the first time for y'all too (unless you don't like fast food), and as mentioned before, this is becoming more common these days now, and...that's a problem(for me at least). It wasn't obvious problem ten years ago, but now, it is to the point that no one really wants to issue this problem, which makes any McDonald's think that they can get away with it, so now they're darkly encouraged to make this kind of incident happen repeatedly as if no one cares, and this is bothering me very much. So much so that I'll no longer come back to this McDonald's (or possibly any other McDonald's) until someone important or something is done to reduce this...
Read moreWhen I walked in, there was only one line and one girl in it, so I got behind her. When the lady finished paying for her order, the employee walked towards the kitchen where I assumed that she was helping get the customer's order bagged up; I waited for almost 10 minutes before she came back and instead of coming to where I had been patiently waiting for her return, she looked at me and walked past me, to another register and motioned for people standing several steps over to the side and behind me completely skipping me and looking at me the whole time which told me that it was done purposely! I had my elderly (82 years old) mother and my brother (just out of surgery at the VA hospital) waiting in the car for food so they could eat and take their medicines! They are both diabetics with high blood pressure, and he had not eaten since the night before and she had not eaten since early morning. I told her all of that but all she did was to continue to stare at me, as did the rest of the employees, making me feel uncomfortable. I want to say thank you to the young lady and her children who let me cut in front of them at that point and to the young man that rushed over and opened the door because my hands were full. Thank you for being a piece of the good in this world. You give the rest of...
