Smoothie King — Restaurant in Allen Park

I've been going here for years, literally since they've opened before Covid hit.. I knew the original manager, and every manager since then.. Lately I've been noticing my "44floz" smoothies haven't been filled to the top, so today I decided to break out the kitchen scale, and what do you know, it was missing 6floz! 6! And I've been ordering from them for years, I can't imagine how many oz they've ripped me off on.. But that's not all, I decided to fill the cup up with regular ol' water to see how much these "44floz" cups hold.. and they only hold 40floz! That's 4floz less than advertised! Now times that by at lest 1-2 a week for 5-6 years.. I feel like a complete fool, and this is with the weight of the cup and straw! If you don't believe I serious encourage everyone who orders these larger "44floz" orders to do the same.. This really should be a law suite. I feel ripped off.. and this is completely uncalled for the 32floz are 32oz with the cup weight included.. I don't know to say anymore.. I'm sure if they read this.. they'll know who I am - Jacob Know this now, I will never be returning to smoothie king. They're a rip off, a liar, a fraud.. My wife and I have been to many Smoothie King restaurants in many states and have not been disappointed. Unfortunately, the smoothies that I have gotten from the Allen Park location have been awful. Once I got home to give my wife her smoothie, she took a couple of sips and poured out the rest. My smoothie was mediocre at best.

When I called my wife to let her know I would be stopping by Smoothie King on the way home, we discussed whether or not I should go to a different location since I had a bad experience earlier in the week. Since it was along the way home, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, that was the WRONG decision.

For future, we will be sure to go to a different location (although they are further away from where we live) so that we can experience the Smoothie King taste that we know and love!!!

Highly recommend retraining your staff (who appear to be unorganized and are not consistent in making the smoothies the Smoothie...

Went in with my daughter and it was our first time. When ordering i was asked if i want medium or large! I said medium and told him what flavor. After waiting a while and then getting our order wrong, he begrudgingly asked the other employee to remake it. While waiting again i see that small is an option. My bad for not looking at the menu more thorough, but i feel like he was in such a hurry to sell us that he couldnt even get our order right! I feel bad for the employee who seemed to have to fix his mess ups constantly.
