It has been a disgusting and disgrace experience that I and my wife experienced at this store. We placed an order for 3 foot longs and tried to redeem my rewards along with a offer that was valid today only. I tried to pay the balance with my credit card. I swiped my reward card and credit card more than 20 times but they could not figure out how to complete the transaction. They called the manager Megan who I also talked for all the inconvenience we have been going through as the girls told that the store manager did not teach them anything how to use the computer. Megan was absolutely a useless, rude and arrogant person who told me that it is Subway's computer and I do not care if you go and file a complaint. I even offered to pay the balance cash rather than using credit card but they still could not complete the transaction. I even told them to keep the change but the customer service was absolutely poor, unprofessional and definitely there is a lack of management at this store. I walked out without any sandwich after spending more than 30 minutes at the counter swiping cards multiple times. I have never had this kind of disgusting, disgrace and embracing experiencing with any business before.Within an hour I found out that my all rewards and offer have been taken away as I could not use anywhere else while I tried to place an order online at other location. I called this store again and I was told to deal with Subway as we do not care. Shame on Megan for lack of management & rude service and Subway for this kind of terrible franchise ownership. Read moreI have no qualms about the speed of my service, however I did not appreciate the disrespectful attitude of the manager. As someone who has worked at Subway in the past and also carefully reads the fine print on coupons, being told that I could only use one coupon per customer is a blatant lie.
No where on the coupon does it state that.
It says ' One coupon per qualifying item(s)' meaning that if I come in with 2 of these coupons, I can purchase 2 subs with this deal.
Fortunately after some back and forth I was able to use both coupons in 2 separate transactions, something I could understand doing if it was a computer issue, but for some reason the manager just wanted to give me a hard time and was unaware of the rules that are in place on the companies coupons.
A very frustrating experience that's for sure, and something I never encountered when I worked for Subway.

I still miss the original bread, and how it used to be sliced! This is what made Subway stand out from every other sub place!
