So I usually don't like to do leave a negative review, because I realize that the minimum wage workers actually work their tail off day in and day out. This review isn't targeting them. It's targeting the corporate office & store manager(s) that like to either intentionally understaff the restaurant and/or make the hiring process as hard as possible to the point that's it's understaffed.
Let's list off what happened on my rendezvous to the restaurant: There was a long ass line wait for the touchscreens, since the other employees are too busy to work the registers I had to wait 20 MINUTES after I did order, before I eventually left empty handed because I couldn't wait anymore. (Thankfully I didn't pay with a card, or I probably would've waited there longer) The tables were really dirty, because Taco Bell is too cheap to hire more crew members to help in the kitchen and clean.
So this is my message to Taco Bell executives & managers: actually hire some workers to lighten the weight of the existing workers and, while we're at it, pay decent wages so that people would actually want...
Read moreI ordered 3 chicken enchilada burritos from the drive thru. It was after 9pm, but before 9:30pm. There were 2 vehicles ahead of me. I waited in the drive thru for over ten minutes, then when I got my food, the chicken pieces were hard as a rock. That tells me that the chicken has been sitting in the warmer for HOURS.. which leads me to believe that the employees weren't paying attention to the food and it sat for hours. I used to work in the fast food industry.. we had to keep records of temps and we had a time limit on how long the food stayed in the warmer. That obviously isn't getting done at this particular Taco Bell.. unfortunately, two young people were "working"... The latest generation of young people lack work ethic. It is very apparent when dealing with the fast food industry. You'd think, for the price of fast food, fast food places would follow the guidelines set by the states...
Read moreI called because our breakfast burritos were not made correctly. The manager Jada argued that they were correct despite me explaining that the grande breakfast burritos that we received are smaller than the hash brown burritos. She said she made them and they were right and she hung up on me. I called back and explained they didn't put egg in our grande burritos and she told me they don't come with egg (even after we read the ingredients off of the website to her). She said she would put me on the do not call and do not ever remake orders list and then hung up on me again. When my boyfriend tried calling, as soon as she found out what order it was about she hung up again. This is the worst experience I have had at any fast food restaurant anywhere in the USA.
