Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Altoona

The service wss terrible. The server got my order correct but whoever was cooking totally ruined every order. After speaking with they manager she basically told me how I should feel about all orders being made incorrect and was never offered anything for their mistake. They took back the incorrect order which they in turn fixed but I had to wait another 20 minutes without getting offered a discount or anything. Last thing that really sealed the deal was a cook, he was a kid on the bigger side that was eating food with a drink in hand while making the orders. I kept watching him yell out the window into the seating area and wiping the sweat off of himself with his bare hands while taking food out of the oven and boxing it up! Needless to say this establishment is very unprofessional and far below any health standards, after leaving pizza hut on the boulevard I felt sick and disrespected, I will never go back and will make sure I let everyone know how the service I...

Never been to this Pizza Hut but last night was the worst experience I have ever had in any Pizza Hut. We ask for a med thin crust pizza and an order of bread sticks. It took forever....we almost left.....we were the only ones in there. When we got the pizza.....it was sooooo greasy neither my husbandOr I could eat it....it tasted like nothing but oil. When we looked at the bread sticks....we just looked at each other. The were all wrinkled....skinny. .....like no other bread stick I have ever seen at a Pizza Hut...it was like they didn’t rise or something. We left the Hut still hungry and $22.00 dollars less in our pockets. I will neve go into that particular Pizza Hut again......I will stick to the one in Whenwood.....much better. We were closer to this one so we stopped there.....big mistake. Thank you.....Freda...

Placed an order with them and got a phone call not long after stating that if my food was delivery, it would take two hours to get there. It would be 20 minutes if we ordered carryout. That was fine and went to pickup. Went to the wrong pizza hut, and was about ten minutes later than the suggested time. They apparently closed at 11 (not relayed to me on the phone) and it was 11:05. They said they cancelled our order. Okay...then how was your delivery two hours later?? Explain things a bit better as to why you don't want to deliver next time, and I wouldn't have even ordered that close to closing. I used to work for PH in college, and that was poorly handled.

Domino's got my money instead, and they delivered at almost...
