I’ve ordered through the McDonald’s app twice now and selected curb-side pickup both times due to social anxiety preventing me from going through the drive through. Both times I placed my order and didn’t receive it for another 20 minutes. The last time I was here (probably a few weeks ago) it was somewhat busy so I understood the long wait time, I didn’t feel like I needed to make a review.
Today, I get there at 7:50 and say that I’m “here” on the app. I was watching the drive-thru and there were a couple cars sitting when I got there. As I kept looking, and as more time went on, the drive-thru was empty for a good 5 minutes. Another car or two goes through the drive through, gets their food, leaves. I eventually see a van pull around to one of the pick-up spots you’re usually sent to if your order is bigger/you need to wait extra time for something. Waited another 5 or so minutes and they got their food. Another 5 minutes before I got mine.
What’s the point in having curb-side pick up if it’s going to take almost half an hour when there’s no cars in the drive-thru and no dine-in either? I’m just failing to understand why it took so long to get...
Read moreDespite my previous experiences with my local McDonald's I stopped by this mid-afternoon and encountered once again anything but accurate The drive-thru attendant seem to be bothered by my request and modifications to my orders that being said on top of it my order being cold it was completely wrong in some areas there was combinations of things made into meals when I didn't request that and I was charged additionally for something I didn't order and something that I did order was not in my order and when I called back no one answered and the I called again and the phone rang and rang then finally someone answered and I explained my situation and they basically brushed me off with a ok ok being The receipt will fix your order and hung up I've already been given this option and sadly I'd rather just not eat there anymore there always seems to be some kind of issue and frankly the amount of money I spend in one order frankly isn't worth the food I receive I just want to say that I'm not saying this to be a jerk I'm just simply sharing my experience and yes I've been there plenty of times to be able to give this kind of ...
Read moreThe person working the drive through, named Jennifer, was exceptionally rude. She acted like she was irritated that she had to do her job, and hand out our orders. She broke the lids on our cups, didn't offer a drink carrier even though there was obviously only 2 people in the car and a large order for a whole family, and even though I had ordered dipping sauce at the order screen, got an attitude when i asked if we could please make sure we got the sauce that we ordered. She said with an attitude "those are 10 cents each" no problem, gave the poor kid at the window who was clearly uncomfortable with her terrible attitude 20 cents. We the got home and realized that she didn't even include all of our sandwiches, so one person didn't get their dinner. If you're going to be rude to a customer that comes through once or twice a week, the least you can do, jennifer, is not act like doing your job is a hardship. It's a small town. I am always polite and realize that ordering for 5 people...
