Atmosphere was good for taco Tuesday. The DJ was really trying to get the guests entertained and engaged. Several times mentioned birthdays and tried to get everyone excited for the birthday people. (For people like me that cheer people on their birthdays while at restaurants, it was fun) repeated that he takes song requests via Instagram which was cool because he played different genres but in well order; He didn't mix them like a vegetable medley. The Camarones ala Diabla were good, very spicy, great flavor profile, and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. The shrimp were not overly cooked nor under but for the price, I must say too much even if it is located near Disneyland. The rice served was clearly reheated. I won't say it was from the day before but definitely cooked and sat for a while. If I had to guess, they made a large batch and kept reheating throughout the day. Not only was the rice mediocre but they only served one cup of rice. As I said I went on taco Tuesday so I had to try the tacos, for the dollar deal they were good. I was enjoying my shrimp until I was given the salsa for the tacos. The red salsa given to me was the same one they use for the Camarones ala Diabla. So basically, I paid extra to have my shrimp swimming in sauce that they give for free to guests. If i had to say i paid 28 dollars for a 7 dollar plate if I would have cooked it at home myself; that is buying at retail price at a rural supermarket for the ingredients, not wholesale like restaurants do. I stated to the waitress that I wanted bacon wrapped shrimp for the appetizer, instead I get the dinner meal which was more than 2 times more the app price. I would have returned the food but you know that's always a big no no. So when ordering an appetizer always make sure that it isn't also listed as a main entrée and if it is, reiterate several times that you want the appetizer. The pepino con limon drink was good for a mixed drink but the pepino flavor was missing. The name is deceiving. The sprite I order has heavy in taste of fountain water, tasted weird. The server was rude in the beginning. I asked for what non alcoholic drinks they have and she gave me a glance that was meant to be daggers. She didn't answer me so I asked if they had her horchata, she smirked and said they don't carry those types of drinks there. The rest of the time she was good, since she only dropped off the food and refilled the drink once. Out of the hour and a half I was there I only talked to her 3 or 4 times. She looked like the 40 year old women that go to nightclubs and think everyone should bow to them. So to sum up, the only really good thing was the DJ his dynamic is definitely worth 4 stars alone but everything else was isnt even...

First, this review for june 19 at around 8 pm is solely based on the interaction with the server at the bar. Beyond that, the musical entertainment was great, the dj was fun, and the waitress/hostess did a fantastic job. First, the parking was a breeze to cope with. The restaurant is super easy to find, as it is located all the way to the rear. Modern and hip and super clean and festive. My lady friends order a few drinks first. The server finished and took a few seconds to clean up. While waiting, and with no one else at the bar, except for me, a couple; 40ish white and outgoing stepped up on the other side of the bar. Now, the bartender knew i was waiting, and after the bartender (a woman) finished with her tasks, she automatically asked to helped the couple who just arrived and knew very well that i has been waiting for a few minutes. After around 2 to 3 minutes, i wanted to say something, but i decided to leave the bar area and head to my table. From there, i received excellent service from a waitress/hostess. But that sole event truly rubbed me wrong. Now, i can chop it up to an obvious dirty racial preference - maybe she was having a bad day- or it is possible she just didn't notice me - the reality is, she saw $ behind the possible tips that couple could provide. I felt disrespected, shunned, and without a doubt unimportant. Now, i can without a doubt that the food was good, tasty, and served with speediness. The security guard and the front host all did a fantastic job at greeting and creating an atmosphere that was solid, safe, and entertaining. My recommendation is to not let one bad employee get you down. Enjoy the night and write a review. I do have one recommendation, the menu is a bit small in type, and possibly a larger font...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing restaurant and it was an experience that left me and my friends thoroughly impressed! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating. We had a large group due to a conference and they were able to seat our group quickly and efficiently.

The restaurant had a great ambiance and energy with a fantastic DJ that turned the entire place into an impromptu night club. The music was upbeat and lively, and the atmosphere was electric. It was the perfect mix of delicious food and amazing entertainment.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional security staff who made sure everyone was having a great time while also ensuring everyone's safety. They even joined in on the fun and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

The food was great, a little pricey but the menu was able to catered to everyone's preferences. Our large group ended up coming to the restaurant three nights in a row because of how friendly the staff were, it’s hours being open later than others nearby, and great music and drinks. While it sounds like they don’t typically have a dance party during the weekdays, we greatly appreciated their flexibility and kindness of accommodating our group.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a night of great food, entertainment, and fun. This place has it all! From the top-notch service to the amazing DJ and delicious food, it truly deserves five stars! We can’t wait to come back...

We visited Casa de Pancho Mexican Grill in the Garden Walk plaza. It was a Saturday evening, and the only restaurant at the Garden Walk that didn't have a one hour or more wait to be seated for our party of four adults and two children. We were greeted and seated quickly. We sat on the patio, which was pretty good, given there was live music inside the restaurant. Not that it wasn't fairly loud outside, too. But, not as loud. We liked the selection of dishes. Prices were probably on par for the touristy area and restaurants in the vicinity. After placing our drink and dinner orders, we didn't have to wait too long to be served. The food was plates nicely and of decently large portion size. Flavors were good and the food was served at a good temperature. It was fairly chilly this evening, so the food cooled quickly. But, still delicious. Overall a good dining experience. If you're not into loud music, or somewhat boisterous happenings, then avoid this restaurant when there is live entertainment. We enjoyed the food and mostly enjoyed the atmosphere. The patio area does have some heaters for dining in the chilly evening.

We came here on a Friday night in December with no reservations for a party of 7 after 9pm. We were able to get a table, beware this place has really loud music. So it is a difficult place if you’re trying to catch up with friends. Both outside and inside with the DJ and they often have mariachi shows. It’s hard to hear each other while dining there but also large parties were hosting their holiday party there too. The service was quick and there was 15% gratuity already added on larger parties. We were able to split our bill in half too at the end for our large parties. We all got a round of drinks- espresso Martinis, I got the pumpkin martini, the dragonfly. Every person must order their own dish. I got the ponchos sampler, we also got the ceviche trio, the surf and turf burrito wet, a chicken and avocado salad, and the 2 taco plate with carne asada. Their carne asada was really good! And if it’s your birthday you get a free dessert! They also validate parking here.
