Horrible.. I mean just horrible I don't know where to begin from the food to especially the horrible service everything was horrible they made the food wrong then didn't try to fix anything.. this location is a disgrace to the brand they have no customer service skills whatsoever and the manager she doesn't care about anybody but her pocket... I don't recommend going there.. then the so-called the owner reaches out to me on yelp telling me that I was basically looking for something for free.. no Mary I wasn’t looking for anything free you guys messed up on all three of our orders and your customer service is horrible but now I know where your employees get it...

Quick dining option if you are looking for basic food options like burgers, hot dogs and fries.

The food tasted as expected. Nothing special that sets it apart from any other basic burger joint. Portion sizes were ok. I was surprised to find out that some food options like chicken sandwiches do not come with sides such as fries (must be ordered separately).

Few seating options for party's of four or larger. There was only one booth that could fit four patrons. The few other booths are for two. There is a rather large bar to sit at and tables outside.

Service was nice. Patient and friendly is how I would describe her. Food came out fairly quickly...

Called to make a phone order for an hour from now. It took about 7 rings before anyone picked up. When I asked if I could make an order to pick up at 6:55 he asked me “is it a long order or a short order?” I don’t understand the purpose of that question first of all. But I told him, “it’s a short order, a couple burgers and fries.” He said to hold on. So I waited and when he got back to me he told me they were starting to get busy so I’d have to call back and make my order later..!?? That makes no sense. The entire process was extremely unprofessional and I do not plan on giving my money to that location. I mean, they couldn’t even...
