Avoid this location - extremely poor service and food quality concerns

Visited this Denny's location recently and had one of the worst dining experiences I can remember. Here's what potential guests should expect:

Service Issues: 15-minute wait for seating despite restaurant being half-empty 20 minutes before waiter approached our table Another 15 minutes just to receive water and milkshakes Server got our order wrong Didn't bring enough waters for our party of 4 Over 30 minutes wait for a simple sampler appetizer No staff available at checkout - had to wait extensively to pay

Food Quality Problems: Food arrived completely cold (even after requesting takeout) Items didn't match menu descriptions Quality was so concerning we chose not to eat it due to food safety worries

Bottom Line: Nearly 1.5 hours for an appetizer that was inedible. The combination of extremely slow service, inattentive staff, and questionable food quality makes this location one to avoid. There are much better dining options in the area that will respect your time and money.

Management needs to seriously address staffing levels and food quality standards....

I got there with my family for breakfast and my ultimate omelette was ok just the stuff inside looked burned and the sausages were too over cooked. Janet was our server, she was nice but when she came to give us our drinks it seemed like she just quickly put them down and spilled some of our beverages. She walked away so fast I didn’t have time to ask her for napkins. When she brought our food she never came back to our table to see if we didn’t need anything else. I had to ask another server to bring us what we needed because Janet was no where to be found. Afterwards, Janet came back and brought our check and walked away. I wanted to order something else but had to wave my hand to get her attention. It seemed like she was in the back waiting for orders to come out the whole time we were there. It was hard to get her attention. She was such in a hurry and felt like she didn’t tend to our table like she should have. She would LITERALLY jog away to do something else. She came back at the end to give me refills when I was already ready to pay and leave. Next time, please take your time and tend to your tables. I didn’t leave a tip because I felt she didn’t earn it. I usual tip but...
