First time visiting. The front service clerk was not friendly at all. Seemed bothered by customers using self serve kiosk. When I came to pay she again acted like we were annoying her. When we waited to pick up our order she yelled to wait against the wall. This made us feel embarrassed and like we were not welcomed to be there. We spent about $80+ and thought we won’t be coming back here after being treated this way. The food portions was not as big as the photo images in the kiosk. In fact, ingredients were missing that were not requested to be removed. All in all, I wish management was aware that this happened on July 9/24 around noon. I would give no stars for the service and food. It’s disappointing because we were looking forward to our lunch. Side note: My husband came back to get a cup of water and she again acted like she was being bothered again! There were no cups to help yourself and she reluctantly gave him only one cup, as if he was going to take more! Terrible customer service!! If you don’t like your job, please resign and let someone who cares do it. You represent the brand name of ´Tiendita” since you are the face and person we see!!! Shameful! Update: Manager reached out to apologize and helped make things right. It was very sincere and as a result we would definitely give them another...

I've had a chance to try a few items, and the food is pretty tasty. The Carne Asada Quesadilla was delicious, with flavorful meat and gooey cheese. The Carne Asada Tacos were street taco size; the asada was savory, but some pieces were overcooked or too chewy. They have spicy red salsa or chili verde to complement the tacos and quesadillas. The street corn side is enjoyable. The fresh, salty, and citrus profile goes well with any entrée. To quench my thirst, I tried the Jamaica Agua Fresca; it was refreshing and not overly sweet.
Breakfast is also available in the mornings with flavorful and hearty burritos, quesadillas and more!
You can order through the self-serve kiosks or the cashier. If you have a Magic Key annual pass, you can apply your discounts through the staff. Prices reflect Disney property prices, but it's still a good option for craving Mexican-inspired food.
Although this establishment does not have inside or patio seating, some tables, and benches are available around Downtown Disney. It also offers outstanding customer service. Hopefully, my initial rating will be consistent for future...

Atmosphere I can't gage. It's only a little area where you pick up but it was very lovely.
The food was my issue. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito and chips and guacamole for my daughter. None of the food had flavor. There was barely any carne asada in the burrito and nly a few bites had a piece of carne. And when I did get a piece, it was tough/very hard to chew. The burrito was all frijoles. The guacamole had no salt and tasted like it had been out for a while. My daughter who can eat guacamole all day had only 1 dip of the guac and ate just chips. The highlight of the entire meal was the chips. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid. I will go back for a 2nd try of something else but not the...
