Cafeteria style, buffet in plastic plates which is too expensive for what happens in this place and what you get. Menu is so so! Even if you have an appointment you stand in a line to get your turn to speak to someone who gives you table...Since this is buffet, you have to go and get your food. In the meantime "characters" may visit your "area"(section of restaurant where you eat) so you may miss them..
We got visited by all characters except one (Tigger). We finished our breakfast, got photos & signs of all characters but Tigger never visited us or area where we sat. We had to checkout our hotel by noon, and we thought we will meet Tigger on our way out. My child kept calling Tigger with autograph book, but this character totally ignored even though he/she was right over there. Then another rude server passes by us and yells that he visits only tables. We ate, we paid for photo, we paid for cake, what else did we have to do to get this character to our table and spend 30 seconds with our child? Anyway we left disappointed.
So overall I wont recommend this place. However one of the staff member was an excellent person who bagged our special cake in hurry and really took care of us! Kudos to him, and talking to him was the only sweetest thing in that place that happened to us here!
Suggestion - visit Goofy's Kitchen, Storyteller's cafe or Napa Rose (Princess Breakfast) for superior experience! You can meet many classic Disney characters for free at...
Read moreTried almost all the dine in characters in Disneyland but this one is the most disorganized. They called us in without saying that they will be sitting us out. It was cold outside so we don’t want the table so we have to wait again to get tables inside. I can’t believe you can’t get food for your kid in the buffet zone, the server will only give one plate per person. That’s right, the server will hand over the food for you, so if you have little ones, you and your husband/wife/partner will have to take turns to get food for you and your kids or bring them with you on the line so they can give you a second serving/plate with the entree’s. The choices of food for a buffet was also lacking, specially there were little fruit selection and the omelette wasn’t made that good. They need a lot of work on this one, food, service and the place needs an update too. You can see the stains, and dark/dirty/old curtains if you look closely. And of course the characters, the tables are so close together and the characters wouldn’t fit in between tables so you and your kids will have to stand up to get your photos taken. Try somewhere else if you want to dine in with characters, Goofy’s Kitchen or the Story Teller cafe...
Read moreMinnie & Friends - Breakfast in the Park is such a magical experience! 🌸🍳 From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Minnie herself and a bunch of other classic Disney characters like Mickey, Goofy, and Chip ‘n’ Dale — all dressed in adorable outfits. The character interactions are top-notch — they spend a lot of time at your table for photos and hugs, which makes it perfect for kids and Disney fans alike.
The breakfast buffet is surprisingly good! They have everything from Mickey waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and pastries to more unique options like chilaquiles and seasonal fruit. The food is fresh and well-prepared, and the Mickey-shaped waffles are a cute touch. 😍
The vibe is relaxed and cheerful — you’re surrounded by Disney music, bright colors, and the buzz of excited families. The staff is super friendly and keeps the buffet well-stocked. It’s a bit pricey, but you’re paying for the full Disney character experience — and it’s totally worth it.
If you’re visiting Disneyland, this is a must-do for a magical start to...
