I was in on 3/27/22 at approximately 8:30PM. My boyfriend and I ordered on the kiosk and waited about 30 minutes for our meal (it was very busy). After 30 minutes, our order came out completely wrong (I had ordered a lettuce wrap so it was visibly wrong), we had also ordered ToGo, and it was not bagged ToGo.
I told the lady our order was wrong and she seemed confused and just walked away. We then watched her argue with the kitchen for several minutes, unable to figure out what our order was. We literally said “we can just tell you what our order was if that’s easier” and the kitchen literally yelled at us. I spoke with the man behind the counter wearing a grey shirt who told us he was the manager and his name was Raul. He then told us that our order was actually right, and that it was just given to the wrong person. Which is the same thing as our order being wrong, because the order we were given wasn’t ours. I asked him if they could remake it, and if we could get a receipt as the kiosk didn’t give us one. He printed us the ticket (not a proper receipt of sale) and told us he “has nothing to do with the app” which is not how we ordered. The ticket very clearly states our order, and that it’s To Go.
After about 10 minutes, we were given another order. My boyfriend and I went to check the bag and Raul said, in a rude tone “yeah check to see if it’s right”. And wouldn’t you know it, it was still not the proper order. I asked if we could either get our order or a refund, and he looked at my boyfriend and told him to “control his woman” then he looked at me and said “you’re just mad because you want to be mad. Either take this food or don’t, I don’t care, but you’re not getting a refund”. We left.
I literally work in food services and without a doubt I would be fired if an interaction like this occurred in my restaurant. I will update with how the customer care team handles this but honestly they may have just lost two...
Read moreWell, after our experience with being ghosted by customer-service staff, here it goes.
We ordered within business hours on July 4th, through their website links, at this location. After staying in the nearby hotel, we needed decent food after a late disiney day. We were charged over 50$, and when we went to pick it up, a hand-written paper sign said "closed early". No notice on the website, and no procedure to stop the order from going throrugh and stealing our money. They (customer service staff) tried telling us later with some random, cropped, unintelligible screeneshots of random numbers, that the order went through on the next day, and that it was made but not picked up. Who orders $50+ or greasy burgers for breakfast? But this logic and truth of our experience has since been ignored and not replied to. So, here's a public review for you. BEWARE, if youre giving money to a multi-million dollar business that treats customers like this, what else lies in the kitchen? This sort of swindling is unethical and wrong, and before this post is responded to, please say that you will RETURN OUR MONEY. We are done explaining and being ignored. That's all we would like. A family of 5, who went broke going to disneyland, wants their 50$ dinner that was ordered during official posted hours, through their official ordering service, and got scammed, ignored, and never got their food. We ate gas station chips for dinner.. thank you Habit...
Read moreThe Habit to me is always one of the best places for a good quality burger. However the recent experience at least with this location in particular left me with a somewhat odd taste and no its not the food itself. Its the fact that this location doesn't have "The Habit" designated curbside parking within the property they stand in. Was hard to find parking on its own, had to park into front of the Starbucks that was adjacent to this location. What didn't help was the server who was carrying the food into my car, the young lady who initially was searching for my car gave up halfway walking alongside the pathway in front of the 15 minute parking spots. I called the place and told them that I was here parked in front of the Starbucks area of the 15 minute parking since there was almost no parking. So they sent back out the same young lady, with my items and found where I was. Took the items and drink, then she apologized in a somewhat sarcastic way and I went my very way. So in summary, if you like amazing burgers the habit is where its at. However I caution the of use curbside pickup especially with locations that don't have dedicated curbside parking such as this one, and if you do try doing curbside pickup then hope that the server that is carrying your order is actually looking for the car described by yourself for them to be at...
