I'm from a small big town called Pensacola and the coffee shops there are fantastic despite our small size. Perhaps I'm spoiled by the coffee culture we have there but when I ordered an ice honey latte here I was told that they could not add honey in the latte and that there is honey at the end of the table I could put in the coffee myself. I don't want to sound like an obnoxious backseat driver but when you make an ice latte and add the honey last, honey solidifies in cold liquid so it doesn't mix well. To correctly make an ice latte with honey you add the honey in the hot espresso shot and mix it in first. So I can't really conveniently add honey myself in the iced latte after it is already made.

The food here was also disappointing, I know this is a coffee shop and not a restaurant but it would have been nice if they notified me the breakfast burrito I ordered was store bought and microwaved (I would have not ordered that if I knew ahead of time).

Also there is absolutely no outlets here besides one all the way in the back. You'll have to be lucky to get it if you want to finish work here.

Other than that the coffee was good. I'd say the bean quality is great and the employees were very kind. Location is also beautiful. Great place to have a chat with friends not a great place to get work done.

We accidentally stumbled upon Bitty and Beau's today, July 30 2025, and were both thrilled and disappointed. We were thrilled because not only did we have the BEST cup of coffee, everything from the atmosphere to the baristas was so inviting. We even got to sing Happy Birthday to Tom, a quiet man who was turning 30! We were able to purchase LOTS of great and very affordable Bitty and Beau merch for souvenirs and future gifts. The coffees were both tasty and affordable as well. The ONLY disappointment was that we found Bitty and Beau's on our last day of vacation; otherwise, we would have been there EVERY morning for coffee. Until we can return, we learned that we can go on the website and have Bitty and Beau's delicious coffee delivered to our front door in Virginia.
