Olde Town Tavern — Restaurant in Appleton

I give the bar itself a 5 star review. BUT the bartender was absolutely horrible. Not only did she show ZERO engagement with customers but she also had no knowledge of liquor especially whiskey. Was told tonight that I couldn't get a glass of water with my drinks for my wife (my driver) they only sold water by the bottle. Was told by the bar tender this was the owners policy. If this is the case shame on you for not promoting responsible actions! It makes me very sad because I really enjoyed this place every time I came into town.... don't think...

This was our 1st, post shutdown drink out. Bar was quite and seats spaced well. They even sprayed and sanitized bar before we sat down. Hand sanitizer was also available for out use.

We feel like they are thinking about us and safety, not just getting open and making money again.
