Dickey's Barbecue Pit — Restaurant in Arlington

We used the app to order and it arrived late and the sandwiches were ordered chopped arrived sliced and were squished and soggy. The fries were wet like they had been place in water. The cups of BBQ sauce were half full if that. The drinks were melted and no straws. It was the worst experience. The driver knocked on my door and was smoking weed! You can’t make this up. We call up there to complain and the lady who answered said there was not a manager there and that it was just her. She said the fries should not be wet. She said she talked to who made the sandwiches and they were chopped. We asked for our order to be corrected or a refund and she said she could give us new fries. If you are going to spend over $50 for some sandwiches go to Spring Creek. This place is the equivalent of the Taco...

Not worth the money! We made the mistake of using Grubhub to order food from this place and it was a "3 meat plate" that did not have enough for one person of very moderate size. The sides were really more of a suggestion of sides. It was just enough to piss you off as it was 1.5 bites total. Not enough to serve one person, let alone two if you are sharing. The Cearsar salad had no dressing. I'd like to blame the really rude, "I hare to go right now, don't check your order" Grubhub wench, but ultimately, Dickey's shouldn't have left it out to the order. So I came to this place for lunch thinking I was going to have a great meal but instead something terrible happened. I ordered the 1 meat plate and I asked for turkey, mind you I was starving and was ready to eat!! For my side I asked for mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese and they were both delicious! So I finish my meal and on my way back to work I realize it!! THEY DIDNT GIVE ME TURKEY! They gave me HAM! I was in such a shock I couldn't believe I had eaten ham and thought it was turkey. Learn from my mistake and make sure you get the correct protein. Other than that the both the cashier and the cook offered great...
