Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

Imagine my husband and I pass by a pizza place and go "Yeah thet'd be a good quick lunch". It wasn't quick and it wasn't good. What the heck kind of pizza place sells you an uncooked raw dough pizza?? When you see a pizza place you dont think to examine the entire store front to check if anything says "You take it and cook it yourself" or whatever. Because when you go to a pizza place YOU EXPECT A COOKED PIZZA. What if we didn't happen to live close by? You hand a raw pizza to someone who lives 30 minutes away, thats not gunna work. And you know who else sells raw uncooked pizza? A GROCERY STORE. How bout you stop advertising as a pizza place and just turn into a grocery store cause thats what this place is. And the whole point of a pizza place is that they have the correct ovens to COOK THE PIZZA IN. Also, am I getting paid to cook this pizza? Go to any other pizza place and they have a person who's job is specifically to cook the pizza. No, I'm paying to do the job that the people behind the counter should be doing. And guess what, got home to cook the thing, followed directions, over cooked it. Which is why other pizza places have an employee SPECIFICALLY FOR COOKING A DANG PIZZA!! Why did I even walk into this place? Its a waste of space. Never...

Ordered on line because it's Tuesday & it can be busy. My pick up time said 2:00. Traffic was good so I arrived 20 minutes early, knowing I might have to wait. Walked in, 1 order was sitting in the pick up rack and nobody was there waiting ahead of me. The young lady from the back came forward asking if she could help me. I said I ordered on line. She looked at the order sheet, looked at the clock, rolled her eyes, which told me she was annoyed that I was early. Then grabbed some crusts and made my pizzas. I didn't mind waiting at all, but her eye rolling was rude. Then, when I baked our pizzas, the crust stayed flat and tasted stale. I've NEVER gotten bad pizza from this location until now. I would really like to get in touch with the owner of this franchise. Your employees are lazy and rude. I called in for my order at 2:40pm. I showed up for my order at 3pm. There is not one customer in the store and your employees have not even gotten started on my order. I called ahead 20 minutes because I had somewhere to be at 330pm. Needless to say it's now 330pm and my order is finally finished and I'm in my car fuming writing this review. The manager working named Evy, gave me quite an attitude when I acknowledged their slack and proceeded to tell me they were prepping instead of helping a paying customer.
