Subway — Restaurant in Arlington

As much as I love Subway, This store leaves A LOT to be desired and to day was the last straw. Your sign says 7AM! I was there at 7:05 and waited until 7:12 to call... I got no answer. I understand it takes time to get the prep tables ready and I am aware of start up procedures, but if you are supposed to open at a certain time then show up early enough to get your start up done before hand. Either that or change your hours. It's not that hard. 3 times this has happened when I have come for breakfast. On the other times I have actually made it in the door either in the late morning or in the afternoon for lunch the staff is very slow to respond, not watching the door to greet customers, lacking enthusiasm courtesy and respect. Several times I have had to knock on the counter or call out to someone to come take my order only to be told to hold on. If you are near the Six Flags of Arlington and craving Subway, skip this store and go to the one on Randol Mill Rd. It may be busier and it may be slightly out of the way but at least you'll be greeted with a kind face and enthusiasm to get your order correct; and they are always ready to serve the next...

So I placed an order on the mobile app that stated the food should be ready at 12. I got there maybe 8 minutes early. I was never greeted when I walked in so I'm standing there while they are continuing to make orders without any acknowledgement that I was standing there waiting. Mind you the restaurant is completely empty. So I finally said my name is Misty I'm here to pick up my order. The lady looks at her watch at tells me I still have 4 minutes left. So i was confused by that , So i continue to stand there watching them make more orders. Then at 12:01 they hand me my bag and I said it wasn't my order because I just watched them make it and it was incorrect. So the lady states we make more then one order at a time and yours was already made. So my food was made already done when i got there she just made me stand there until 12 instead of just handing me my food, which is beyond ridiculous. I would have understood that if it was busy on the inside but I was the only customer inside....

My family and I went to eat here we decided to dine in. We left because my brother, who's been looking for a house, finally got a call from his realtor. she had found a house or two close by that she thought he might have been interested in. We were gone for A minimal amount of time, by the time we had gotten back to get my brother's car it had been towed. We were in no violation of any rules posted in that parking lot. We were paying customers, we spent a good sum of money on our lunch, we leave to run a time sensitive errand and his car gets towed within at least an hour. He was not double parked, the car was not labeled for sale, the tags and everything was up to date and it damn sure wasn't abandoned. Now he has to pay $300 to get his car back. On top of that no one spoke up about who called it in, which made it harder on us to communicate with someone about said towing. I do not recommend eating here for more than an hour just incase they decide to tow...
