Let me start this review off by saying I have been DYING to try this restaurant. My husband decided to surprise me, after a long 12 hr shift at work, and take me here (40 minute trip one way). I was very excited. We arrived at 9:25pm and are promptly seated. After waiting a couple of minutes the waitress finally shows up and takes our drink order, my husband ordered a tall angry orchard for me as a treat and the rest of the table ordered sodas. Our waitress then tried pressuring us to order more alcohol “cmon guys that’s it? You can DD and he can get more to drink” After politely telling her no several times she finally walks away to put in our drink order. The waitress never returns after this point. I receive my angry orchard from the bar and nothing else. The rest of the table never gets their sodas and we never get to order any food. We wait…… and we wait…… and we wait. I start passing my angry orchard around the table to help alleviate their thirst. 9:40pm we are looking around for our waitress hoping to flag her or someone else down to get any semblance of service. We notice her with her back turned to us at one singular table giving all of her attention to one man. By 10pm the waitress has yet to even turn our way from that man. We slap a $10 bill on the table to cover the only thing we received (the angry orchard $7.99) and decide to go elsewhere. Before leaving my husband approached the waitress at that table and told her “we left money on the table to cover the drink and we would’ve loved to order but we’re leaving.” We walk out the doors to our car and start to pull away when the waitress runs out in front of our car to stop us from leaving. Claiming we only gave her $10 when our bill was $16. She then leans on my vehicle to scream at us that we didn’t pay. (Funny how now she wants to give us any sort of attention.) My husband then asks that she remove herself from my vehicle and that we actually OVER paid for the drink because we didn’t have anything smaller than a $10. She’s still screaming at us that the bill wasn’t fully paid, walks in front of my vehicle, preventing us from leaving, and starts SCREAMING for security. Acting like we’re trying to dip on a $100 dollar bill or something crazy. It was M O R T I F Y I N G. Screaming across the whole parking lot like we were thieves while standing in front of my car. At this point security and the manager (Nathan) have both come outside to our vehicle to see what’s going on. She’s screaming up and down “they didn’t pay. they didn’t pay. they’re trying to leave on an unpaid bill” The manager didn’t have any context and neither did security. So we had to explain the whole situation to them. Security realized that he wasn’t needed for this and walked back to the restaurant. Nathan (the manager) was easy to talk to once he understood the situation. He offered for us to come back sometime and ask for him specifically so that we could be taken care of properly. Which was nice of him but I’m not in a hurry to return to a business like this. Never in my life have I EVER had a waitress put herself on my car AND in front of my car to prevent us from leaving. I was humiliated in the parking lot of a restaurant I never even got to eat at....
Read moreSo you can look at profile and see i dont review much but let me tell you... This place deserves one... Me and my wife (who also left a review) came here Monday 8-4-2025 and it will be the ONLY day we come in... When we got there we were sat immediately after getting some questionable looks from the staff (I was in a blue wife beater with red sandals, coulve been the outfit) but they sat us right in front of the big screen to watch the rangers (best part). Maybe 3-5 minutes our server gets up from a table next to us with other guests and takes our drink order, grabs the drinks and says "our menu is alot and overwhelming" walks away and sits at the table with her friends/girlfriend and proceeds to sit and talk while making out with their SO. She gets up and walks away and comes back to our table to ask us about apps WITH A BABY IN TOW. I'm all for places allowing their employees children to come to work but not to the tables come on man... we found out it was a coworkers baby which somehow makes it worse... then we get to the good part... we then proceeded to wait close to 30minutes after getting our apps to order food... saw the waitress, waived her down, but she sat at a table with her "trainees" (God help those girls) and talked and laughed while we had empty drinks and long wait times... My wife gets her salad and that's when we notice, no silverware at the table and in our waiting my wife's hunger wins and she has to eat the salad with the queso spoon from the appetizer... after some more time we finally get our food. It was luke warm and didnt appear very appetizing but dont judge a book right?... nope should've judged... I ordered the chicken friend chicken and the first bite was just fried batter... THEN the second bite... chicken fried steak... so had to send the food back.... there's another 20mins to wait, finally get the food and had 2 bites and it was horrible! It tasted like a flash frozen pre-cooked chicken patty thrown in batter and fried. Couldn't eat it, paid my check and left. I only live 10minutes away and almost didnt make it home before almost emptying my stomach contents into my car. Both me and my wife ended up getting food poisoning and were up all night trying to deal with it and we both ended up missing work today. So please my fellow people, do not go here and waste your hard earned money. And to bombshells please do better. I dont wish bad on your business but I won't ever come back either....

As a retired Army Major and the grandmother of a female Specialist in the Army, who had just flown in from her duty station in Alaska, I had hoped for a better experience at this restaurant, especially considering the owner’s background as a Veteran. However, the lack of discipline and respect displayed by the restaurant’s employees was disappointing and concerning.
When my granddaughter and I visited this establishment, we were shocked by the lackadaisical attitude of the waitress, named Taysha as it appears on the receipt. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we were left waiting for approximately 15 minutes before she bothered to take our order and waited longer for our food. Even worse, she neglected to check on us throughout the meal to ensure everything was satisfactory.
To our surprise, we were charged extra for a honey mustard dip for our chicken strips. This seemed unnecessary and unjustified. When we requested a to-go box and the check, the waitress only brough us one box for both our meals. She then failed to return to our table to collect payment, forcing us to go to the register ourselves. However, her behavior at the register was appalling when she snatched my debit card and bill from my hand, as we were inconveniencing her.
Regrettably, I didn’t immediately notice that when the waitress gave me my receipt, she failed to return my debit card as my granddaughter, and I were engrossed in a conversation about the Kevlars hanging near the desk. Shockingly, instead of bringing my card to us in the parking lot, the waitress kept it and necessitated a return trip to the restaurant the following day. This was an unnecessary inconvenience caused by her lack of decency and professionalism.
Adding insult to injury, the scantily dressed waitresses made us uncomfortable, especially considering the there were numerous male service members dining at the restaurant. It is disheartening to witness such a disregard for promoting a safe environment, Dignity and Respect, and reducing sexual assault, especially with the military community. As clearly, this community is the restaurant’s target market.
From one Veteran to another, I had expected better. I hope this restaurant management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues that tarnished our...
