This is the worst Sheraton ever unaccommodating after a 9 hours drive and prepaid. ** ALYSIA and **KYLE are EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. **COURTNEY the manager is a LIAR and RUDE as well and LIED saying that I cursed at the workers A FLAT OUT LIE AND SHE WONT SHOW ANYONE THE FOOTAGE OF HER LIE LIKE I SAID BEFORE DONT Respond TO ME BEFORE I PUT UP THE PROOF FROM CORPORATE YOU DISRESPECTFUL RACIST HATEFUL LYING ACE PEOPLE. P.S. they will not show you any videos even if your car is broken into. no, our car was NOT broken into another guest CAR was back on November 15, 2023, and you all refused to show that guests the surveillance camera footage. THE FRONT ELEVATOR WAS OUT THEN AND STILL NOT WORKING AS OF JANUARY 2, 2024. However, Kyle is on camera cursing when I walked out throwing up his hands by the bar yelling about us to two white customers being racist like you Courtney. Don't respond to this because **Corporate is handling the situation. I am a Sheraton member, but we had booked by third party this time because it's not worth full price. We arrived around 8PM on 1/2/2024. The hotel barely had guests. I first asked politely did the odd or even numbers which one faces the parking lot to see our vehicle. Alysia goes odd. She precedes to give us a room on the second floor that was in the middle of the building, but you had to walk a long way to the second set of elevators since the front elevator by the entrance is not working. Keep in mind we stayed here November 2023. The front elevator was not working then. Courtney was the manager. Courtney is poorly managing this property. I am turning it into the state because the front elevator shouldn't be out of commission for this long. This is a state code violation. My husband has two rescue inhalers and a nebulizer breathing machine at all times with us. We explained this to Alysia and she gave us another room on the 1st floor on the back side away from the vehicles again, but also it has a tub and we needed a walk in shower as I have had knee surgery. The third time I apologized nicely for not mentioning a walk in shower, and again asked for the room to be facing towards the parking lot and Alysia said okay and that it was. We walked down a long way to room 152. It had a horrendous smell that almost made me throw up. We walked back up front. Alysia asked if the room was fine and I said no. I told her about the smell and that it wasn't facing the parking lot bare in mind there are very few guests here with more than half of the parking lot empty. Alysia goes you can contact the company you booked through for a refund. I actually didn't care for a refund. I informed Alysia she could have given us a queen bed facing the parking lot if that was the case instead of a King that we prepaid for. My husband had sat back in our vehicle to use his inhalers after walking back and forth. Kyle comes out of nowhere without a name badge in sight getting loud yelling you're not getting a refund and the room smells fine. First, Kyle we examined you walking back and forth from the front entrance to sitting by the bar several times smoking right the front entrance doors during our check in. We were going to keep the room until he got smart and loud for no reason. I went back outside to my vehicle and got some Sheraton associates on the phone that had me to go back in and they told Alysia to put in a code for a refund. She refused to do it and proceeded to get loud with the Sheraton representative. My husband had came back in with me still remaining respectful unlike them lying on the customer. At this point I gave her the key cards back and left this atrocious motel because it's old and disgusting anyway. We went to *** DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas - Campbell Centre. It is amazing and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful unlike this property. DoubleTree is closer to Downtown Dallas with a nice huge mall and countless places to go to and eat at. I work for the Federal Government so fellow colleagues save time and don't try to save money with this Sheraton location.

Usually I do well with finding and researching hotels. However, this DOOMS DAY hotel was by far the worst Ive EVER encountered. I booked along with other family members for a short one day trip to six flags. I didn't do my research and only made a reservation because my family booked there. To begin, checking in was different, once I arrived I thought I had paid. I gave my identification and a credit card for what I thought was the incidental charge. But no, the manager said it was prepaid/an advance purchase reservation. So I ended up paying a different price but that's not by far the issue. Upon entering the room, the atmosphere was stuffed and had a stench. There was a soda can left on the ledge of the bed. I didn't want to complain because, my family were in other rooms and I knew I would only be there to bathe and sleep after six flags. So I went to Walmart and purchased some toiletries and items to sanitize the place. But, once I return and start wiping things and spraying lysol, the more I would find. There was a Taco Bell cup and another soda can left in the fridge. Also, one of the mattresses was heavily stained. It bothered me a great deal and I should have complained at that instance but I didn't. I tried telling myself to just get through it. Eventually (within minutes) we left for six flags. After spending the day at Six Flags, I was sweaty at that point. The thought of laying in nastiness was definitely not an option. So I told the hotel rep and she offered complimentary breakfast. That was the last thing I wanted. She stated that they were booked and there was nothing else she could do about it. I asked for a manager. She informed me that there are no mangers on duty after business hours and on the weekends. I ultimately decided to check out. At approximately 9pm that night and find another hotel. I emailed the hotels manager that night, explaining the situation and requesting a refund. She replied Monday afternoon declining my request, stating that, " I stayed in the hour for nine hours". I was literally there for a matter of fifteen minutes at the most. She apologized for the uncleanliness and stated she spoke with the housekeeping manager. Overall, I most definitely should have spoke up soon and I may be out of $125. However, customer service goes along way. I feel that other option could have been proposed to rectify the situation. But there were none. I will never stay at any one of this hotel properties again. The room should have been up to standards upon entering. It makes me wonder was the room even cleaned or masked for the next guest. After viewing her response in my email, I called and let her a voice message. I even spoke with someone who takes complaints for the company (Prem). He offered me 3000 reward points and advised me to take that and stated, " they usually don't give that, it's normally 1000. It lead to him escalating the complaint. Which leads to someone calling me back from the property I stayed in( If I understood him right). Im most certainly waiting to speak to someone regarding this experience. You would think easing out of the covid era. The housekeepers would take pride to assure rooms are cleaned prior to the guest entering. The stained mattresses should be thrown away, it's most definitely a health hazard. To conclude, I guess we pay for what we get. This was certainly a lesson learned.

My son and his girlfriend got me my wife and grandson a room at this location. We were very impressed with the outside appearance. However, once we got inside and attempted to call it a night @1:30am. I pulled the sheets back and I was met with a strong ammonia ordor. I then ignored the ordor and got in the bed. The ordor then was even stronger and gave me a headache. I immediately jumped.up and pull the sheets off the bed to find a very large yellowish damp spot on the bed. I then realized that I had been lying in someone's urine. I am SO angry because housekeeping knew that the bed was wet from urine and attempted to conceal it from the customer. Then the supervisor that checks the room allowed it to pass. Millie the night front desk clerk was very helpful and professional and moved us to another room. However, I still feel itchy and dirty after taking a shower not counting the headache that will not go away. I thought that this chain had standards. This is proof that the bed was covered in urine and I had the front desk clerk come.and verify. #check your beds at this location, cause you maybe sleeping in urine! FIX THIS ASAP!!!

We came to Texas for the weekend, and have stayed at a Four Points before in Oklahoma (which was fantastic btw) This experience was so bad, we told them we are leaving and not staying the whole weekend. From the time we got there, the gentleman at the desk was to busy on his phone and chatting - that he waved his hands (wanting my id) and gave me my room cards and said "breakfast is from such and such time) Oh okay, moving on. Their system was down on Friday 6/28, and I had to call my credit card company, and then the actual hotel to find out what was going on. They told me to try again in about an hour - so I do. I go back to my same reservation, and include breakfast for 2 adults (and children but we didn't bring any with us) and then we go to eat the VERY POOR "breakfast buffet of only 5-6 options" and plastic looking meat, and are asked where our vouchers were and we didn't get any, just figured it was already a done deal. The lady at the desk was SO disrespectful, and maybe a language barrier, but she did not give an ounce of concern that it was their fault, and not my own, that the wrong room came through - as they were having the technical difficulties, not me. I know what I chose.. Other than trying to help me FIX it - I get told "well it's their restaurant you need to speak with them. In this whole event, I find out we have been placed in the "king suite" which is also a joke. And we were not aware of this, even if it is complimentary. As I was explaining to desk lady that we did not want this upgrade - and I was concerned that we were charged for something we should not have been - we were told we needed to fix it when we got there. Well, we DID NOT KNOW this. With a room that small, why would I ever think this was a suite instead of the standard room I requested (with breakfast) At no point did she try to ease my mind by telling me "this is a complimentary upgrade for our members" instead just says "we will not be reimbursing you" Which obviously made me upset and I requested to speak with supervisor. I spoke with Courtney, who finally stated that it was a complimentary upgrade and that made me feel better, but at no point did an apology get made for the poor action of her employees, and how they treated and spoke to us. The supervisor did not seem to care at all about anything I was trying to relay to her. I will not recommend this Four Points Hotel to anyone. We went to the actual Sheraton, and it was an AMAZING experience beginning to end! Such a beautiful hotel, and the suite was actually a suite. The price for the Four points, since this trip, is not worth what they have available. Not the SERVICE, not the room, not the "restaurant". Worst experience ever...
