The food and the service here is usually very good. I’m usually in there once a week if not twice today, I was totally disappointed With our food There was two of us. We both got the chicken crispers. It wasn’t one minute after we ordered they were bringing out the food right then I knew there was something wrong. Usually, when they set the plate down in front of me you can feel the heat coming off the food ,didn’t get that feeling this time. The chicken crispers are usually golden Brown and steaming hot. These were dark brown dried up and greasy. The food was barely at room temperature all of it, the potato soup the chicken crisper, and the fries . never received this kind of food before all of a sudden it Occurred To me this is heat lamp food. My food‘s been sitting there waiting for me for Quite a long time very disappointed in this never had it happen before . This is what I expect at McDonald’s not Chili’s I will think twice before coming in again you raised your prices Madeportion smaller and now you’re serving heat lamp food . I have no desire to come back. Please do better. I know you’re capable of it.

They threatened me with lawyers if I posted the email that they sent me .Unbelievable you serve me garbage food and when I complain, you threaten me lawyers, This is how you treat your customers. Basically you’re calling me a liar and threatening to sue me . It’s no wonder why places like yours are closing down poor management garbage food. My husband and I stopped in to grab a bite to eat on our way back to Mississippi. Our waiter was very friendly and polite. We ordered the ultimate smokehouse combo. On the menu, the smokehouse combo picture includes, ribs, corn, fries, sausage, chicken and bread. No where on the menu does it say, the ribs are an additional charge. So when we got the ticket, I asked what the additional 6.00 is for? The waiter said it was for the ribs. I said but the ribs are part of the combo. He said that’s what they charge for the ribs. But why isn’t the customer told this when ordering the combo, or better yet, why don’t you put that information on the menu? Too charge an additional 6.00 for something that is shown as part of the combo, is shady. The ribs I received were old! Old like the bones were gray, and the meat was completely brown and dried out. They slapped the bbq sauce on it and tried too pass it off to me. I’m a cook, I know the games the restaurants play. But had I eaten it, most likely I would have ended up in a ER before making it home. The chicken crispers were fried so hard, that the meat was stuck together. I usually don’t eat at Chili’s but we were pushed for time, and we stopped by hoping it was a better meal than where we live. But it wasn’t! Came to dinner this evening with my family and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We started off not having silverware when we sat down because “they were waiting on the dishwasher” and “were completely out” Okay that’s fine, no biggy so we waited. Our salads came and still no silverware which was shocking because the restaurant was not busy at all. Still we waited and 20mins after our food arrived and having to ask multiple times we were finally able to get silverware. By this time our food was cold. Service was decent at first but waitress as well as other staff seemed more entertained and interested with the boys across from us drinking and building an empty drink tower. We had to ask a very nice gentleman for to-go box’s because our waitress decided to no longer serve us. (Wish we had him, seemed like he was actually doing his job) We got our silverware and never saw her again. She was too busy socializing and playing on her phone along with most waitress staff who were either huddled up at the hostess area or by the kitchen. Very disappointing.
