I recently visited Chick-Fil-A located at 130 Airport Rd, Arden, NC 28704, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience deserving of a 5-star review.
One aspect that impressed me right from the start was the fast service. Despite the bustling crowds, the staff at Chick-Fil-A worked efficiently to ensure that orders were taken and delivered promptly. It was refreshing to see how quickly they managed to serve customers without compromising on the quality of service.
Not only was the service fast, but the food was served hot and fresh. Each bite of my meal was bursting with flavor, and it was evident that great care was taken in preparing the food. From the juicy chicken to the perfectly toasted buns, every element of my meal was of the highest quality.
I also want to commend the staff members for their exceptional customer service. They were respectful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every customer felt valued and taken care of. They were friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Another aspect that stood out was the cleanliness of both the inside and outside of the restaurant. The dining area was spotless, and the outdoor seating area was well-maintained. It was clear that Chick-Fil-A takes pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for its customers.
Lastly, I was amazed by the efficiency of the entire process. From the moment I placed my order to the moment I received my food, the total time was less than 4 minutes. This level of efficiency is commendable and truly sets Chick-Fil-A apart.

Read moreCame through on opening day and ordered meals for the family. We were shorted one sandwich. I called and talked to manager that night and gave him our transaction number and that we were shorted one sandwich which meant someone was not able to eat that night. He took my name and told me to stop by and give my name and tell them I was shorted a sandwich and was told they would replace it. So today with my son we stopped by there to get him a sandwich and pick up the one that was shorted from the other night. Today I was made to feel like I was lying and wanted free food. I have never been made to feel like this especially at a Chick-fil-A. I was told to wait in a parking space while they checked it out. I also was asked which manager I spoke with and I did not remember that was my mistake I guess.. It took about 10 mins and the kid that brought it out didn't know if they had found the information that the Manger supposedly wrote down. I also asked for 4 sauces today to go with both our sandwiches and they only brought me back two. I guess they though I didn't need it for my two sandwiches. I will never come back to this Chick-fil-A and will tell my family and friends of how I was treated and let them recommend them not to go to this one either. Read moreTo be clear, the issue wasn't so much with the location as much as it was with the online ordering system.
I put my order in online for pickup through the drive thru, the directions said to check in when you got to the parking lot, then they said to join a drive thru lane. When I got to the order taker they couldn't find my order (I always give my first and last name to food workers I don't interact with often), it took us both several minutes going through the different orders before we found my order with a different last initial (maybe c means car, I'll try taking my truck next time and seeing if it's t). When I pulled around to the area they bring the orders out for drive thru they had the orders out of order, the car behind me got their order almost immediately, and there was no place to safely pull to the side to wait (if things were working as intended I'm sure that wouldn't have been an issue).
The only other issue I had with this order was that the gallon of 1/2 sweet tea didn't have the sweet part in the equation. The last trip I made here the sweet tea was almost like maple syrup, la vi.
Otherwise this location is pretty spot on, it's usually fairly busy, so plan on taking a few extra minutes going through the process.
